I went ahead and called them and talked to Teresa, their office manager, who was very kind as well. They scheduled me within that morning. The Dr intently listened as I told him what was ailing me. He then looked at my molar, took an xray himself, said that the "root canalled molar" is broken and that we might need schedule the extraction and let the inflammation subside first. He probably saw my crestfallen face and he looked again. Then he said, he'll go for the extraction. He put some anesthesia, after a while checked on me and asked if i feel a tingling, he waited for a few more, then the needle - he was very gentle and his "bedside manner" was very comforting. Then he said, he'll take a look at the tooth, I guess he was trying to feel around the tooth or something, then he tapped me on my shoulder and said - all done. what? he extracted the molar already and i didn't even feel a thing! Wow! He showed me the culprit. His wife was there assisting him and they both explained to me what happened. It was such a relief, and it was such a joy to have found such caring people.

I have since received another bill that I responded to with a letter to the owner and office manager, that has yet to be responded too. I do not recommend this office for any services.

This office told me I had a whopping 16 cavities. The estimate was many thousands of dollars. I went to a third dentist for a second opinion, and they gave me the same result as my original dentist: a few stains, maybe a few spots to watch, but no cavities. They were flabbergasted and appalled by the opinion of this office. Furthermore, the office failed properly assess my insurance company with my provider, and undercharged me for the visit. They are now currently hounding me for the balance, despite not quoting it originally. They have made false accusations that the doctor went over this difference with me, which is a direct conflict with their own confusion regarding the insurance coverage. I am now preparing to engage in a legal dispute with this office. Avoid this provider at all costs. This is simply a money driven operation devoid of ethics and disinterested in patient care. I am absolutely disgusted by the behavior of this office and would strongly urge anyone to seek care elsewhere.

He and his team have helped me with everything from general maintenance to root canals to implants. More recently, they solved a severe wear problem caused by poor work done 15+ years ago. I decided to replace all of my lowers (at the same time) in order to open my bite and fix the wear problem. It was a huge procedure yet I was not at all nervous or apprehensive once the time came to do the actual work. Planning was meticulous with multiple scans, wax models and coordination with fabrication lab. It is such a relief to have full trust in a dentist, something I have not experienced in the past. Assistant Rona made me excellent temporaries; four sections that felt great and enabled normal eating while waiting on permanents. Next, my six front uppers were replaced and that one piece temporary was amazing! I could eat apples whole if I wanted to. It is so nice to have dependable temps especially when so many teeth are being worked on at the same time. The office staff works hard to get as much coverage from insurance as possible which is not an easy feat! Estimates are detailed and out of pocket cost is always known up front. Scheduling is easy and location is convenient. Recent renovations inside the office and treatment rooms have made the space more comfortable and it is always clean and organized. Overall, I appreciate Dr. Chehade's attention to detail and communication with staff during procedures to get things right. It is clear he takes pride in his work. When I arrived for my new appointment, the doctor informed me that he did not have enough time to complete my fillings and that I would need to return for another appointment. I was extremely disappointed because the fillings were my priority, and I had already rearranged my schedule once due to the office canceling my previous appointment. I explained my concerns to the doctor, and he said that he would see if he is able to adjust his schedule to complete the treatment. However, he was only able to complete a few of the fillings that were most urgent. I could tell he was under time pressure and had to work quickly. The results were acceptable, but I did not feel the work was at the same level as my previous experiences. At this point, I am unsure what to do. Finding a good dentist is difficult, and I appreciate the quality of care I have received from the doctor.
