There was no greetings/ smile from her. She just asked what the name was. I told her my daughter's name and the time. She looked at the board and said "your instructor is Austin". After I mentioned to her that the email said Britney, she said "I am Brittney but i am teaching these guys" with a very cold attitude. A young boy went and got Austin. Again, no smile/ greetings from Austin. Without saying a word, he heads in the pool, I asked him if he was Austin. He confirms. My 3 year old daughter who has very little exposure to water was very scared and was asking for mummy to go in. In the meantime, Austin just stood there and shrugged. He was very rude and unprofessional, did not even try to help get my daughter in the water. I very politely told them we will leave without the lesson. There was no empathy or anything from the staff. Not even a "sorry or a bye". Austin just shrugged and didn't say a word. This was a complete waste of money and time.

The pool area has a sort of water running path for people to walk against a strong current. There are 2 lap lanes. The locker rooms are clean. There's no shampoo/conditioner in the showers. They don't offer large towel service either. Just small face towels for sweat. Lots of classes (step, aerobics, etc) for everyone. Kids activities for those parents who want to work out. Overall a nice facility.

In fact, my 5 year old daughter had been reassigned to a MAN swim teacher unbeknownst to us. My kid was upset, obviously, as we were expecting her favorite teacher: Aileen. She was crying and not happy. Leading up to this, we pay a lot! We pay $29/ class for a mere WHAT SHOULD BE 20 minutes; however, not a single lesson has started on time and ended on time. The teachers only give us about 18 min and if you do the math, they're charging us a ton: $1.45/min. So EVERY minute matters. Going to Aqua Tots from here on out. I'm not wasting another dollar at this rip off swim school. There are SO many others. Too bad this place sucks.

The first day our daughter attended a Goldfish class, she was already dunking her head underwater and blowing bubbles - two things she couldn't do before! Her instructor, Jacob, is great! They have a full workout facility and a killer pool for swimming lessons. After Summer is over, they cover the pool with an intense bubble and the water temperature is 80 degrees. My daughter has enjoyed the swimming lessons at this pool, and not once has she mentioned that she was cold. It was been an awesome experience!!! The staff here have been nothing short of professional, warm, and helpful. The gym feels clean and open and even at its busiest hours, you can almost always find machines open or room to do your own workouts without waiting for something to clear up. The cafe has delicious food and protein shakes, and plenty of offerings if you're looking for something less hefty but still guilt free for your food restrictions. I love Life Time and it's helped elevate my experience as a gym rat. ;)
