It has its distinctive flavor thanks to the cows being pastured in that specific area. One steak should serve two people as a main dish of the dinner. We laso tried their artichoke witch chickpeas an potato terrine which was fantastic. I liked the way of serving which was a traditional dish constructed in the modern way.
