On paper, it checked a lot of boxes, and I was initially excited. That excitement didn't last long. After a snowfall, the plowing situation was a major issue. The property is plowed just enough for vehicles to pass through, but snow is pushed directly in front of the outdoor units. My 5x5 unit ended up with nearly two feet of packed snow blocking the door for several days. When I contacted the office, I was told I was responsible for shoveling it out myself and that this is stated in the lease. That may be technically true, but it's not something most customers expect from a paid storage facility. Beyond that, the unit itself has drawbacks. The ceiling height is noticeably lower than comparable units I've rented elsewhere, and the floor is uneven, which makes installing shelving frustrating and unstable. Overall, the pricing and location are decent, but access issues and unit quality make this hard to recommend, especially in winter.

Just took my belongings out of storage yesterday.... and so far i've discovered i have 2 TVs missing, a playstation, a printer, my apple TV and the worst part... my childrens toys that they love! My girls had a whole barbie collection in there & it was just taken by some low lifes who decided to take advantage of our things. Toys from when i was a kid that i passed down, GONE. Forever. This place is secured with a locked gate & supposed '24 hour surveillance'. I cannot get a freaking dime for any of my STOLEN property. So much evil in this world. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR BELONGINGS. We did the mistake of trust them & i am so heartbroken right now.

They had a special going where the second month was free and the rental price was good. We were dealing with the general manager for the West Chester location, Alicia. We both asked her whether this was an introductory price and if it was only an introductory price, how long the introductory price period will be in place. She specifically told us that this was not an introductory price and that the price we were quoted is what the price is and it will not change in the near future. First lie. Therefore, based on the information that she provided to us, we rented the unit and reserved a second 10'x30' unit to move items over from other storage units we rent and were considering renting a third 10'x30' unit. We spent three entire days moving items over to the unit from our recently deceased daughter's house and filled the unit. Today, Alicia tells us, that the price quoted was for only the first month, the second month is free and then the price will return to the normal price, which is much higher than the price she quoted, but she cannot, or will not, disclose what the normal price is. As the general manager, it is not believable that she does not know the regular price for the units there. Second lie. She flat out lied to us when we asked her whether the price she quoted us was an introductory price or not. We would have NEVER rented a unit there if she provided the correct information that the price quoted would change to a much higher price in month three. Now we have to move everything out within two months. We requested to speak with her manager and she provided the first name of her manager, Dave, and provided a phone number to contact him. However, when we called that number it is only an automated system where we can only leave a message, it was not Dave's number. Third lie. Alicia also stated that she does not know her boss's last name or his direct phone number. Fourth and fifth lies. Beware of the lies and deception here. It is a shame that they build such a nice facility that has a pretty facade to cover up such terrible business practices. Do not be deceived by the fancy building or the lies they provide you. You will move your items in and then either pay much more or have to move your items back out. We have been attempting to reach the DM by leaving a voicemail and through the online chat without any success. With everything we are dealing with after our daughter passed away, they just kicked us when we are down.

I had to come into the front office during work hours to straighten out the account problems. 15+ lockers were broken into on the weekend of 5 Feb 2022. Mine was one of them. Numerous maintenance issues. Security doors not closing properly, debris remining in the halls and parking bays for months. Both elevators were out of service on 28 Feb 2022. There are no stairs to get to the second level, therefore my locker was inaccessible on Monday and I had to make alternate arrangements to store my vehicle load of stuff until they get their facility repaired.
