Regardless of whether they thought I understood them, talking negatively about a customer while she is sitting there is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I specifically asked for my nail color to match my toes, but they still did not get the color right. The quality of the manicure itself was also disappointing, and I left unhappy with the result despite trying multiple times to communicate what I wanted. They told me that if my nails start peeling, I can come back and have them fixed. While I appreciate the offer, that really misses the point. My time is valuable, and I don't have the luxury of making another trip back to the salon to correct something that should have been done properly the first time. A customer shouldn't have to spend additional time fixing a mistake caused by poor workmanship. Again, the owner seemed nice, so I want to be fair about that. They are a busy spot so making an appointment is helpful. When they are busy, they do their best to get you started and make it an efficient visit for the customer.

They tell me to come in at a specific time, I come in and have to wait an additional 20 minutes to be seen... one tech comes and says she can redo them for me; as she's about to sit down, another tech tells her to go to another client instead. This tech then asks again what I need, I explain and she then leaves. She returns with the manager who inspects my nails, asks again what I need, I explain and then the tech implies she's only going to fix my index fingers and thumbs. I decline and show them that the peeling is happening on all my nails. The manager then tells me I will have to pay $15 to fix them if I want to do all the nails. I'm not going to fix 4 fingers and the rest of them don't look the same. I shouldn't have to pay again when they should've been right the first time and shouldn't be peeling from Gel X... The manager says nothing and leaves. No apology. I also witnessed her roll her eyes at another client at the front desk. The tech who is clearly irritated is sighing, huffing and puffing. Twice, she is trying to grab my wrist to pull my arm around and I had to pull my hand away and ask her not to touch me like that and I can move my arm myself where she needs me to have it. My nails thankfully were fixed but the manager is rude and does not care. Management needs to improve on hospitality, customer service, and overall communication. This place has lost my business and I will be telling others to stay clear of this place!

This salon was recommended by a co-worker of mine, and I am now a regular here. I always get a gel…read moremanicure, and splurged for a pedicure (with an extra long massage) once as well. The gel manicure always looks wonderful and lasts 2-3 weeks (I do a lot of typing, so my manicures do not tend to last very long). They have a lot of colors to choose from for the gels in a basket at the front of the salon. They spend just long enough on my gels for them to look perfect, but not so long that I am there forever. When I got the extra long massage along with my pedicure, the massage was wonderful. I am on my feet all day, and it was worth the extra money! My only light criticisms are that i wish they played relaxing music all the time instead of having a television on, and I wish the water were warmer in the pedicure chair. But I still love Top Q, and my nails look better here than anywhere else :)

She recommended a few nail techs to me . Amy became my nail tech after Roxi left . Amy left too few months after . So I started booking my appointments with Naomi. And pedicures with Christine. After many months . I was a very happy customer and a regular. 2 gel manis in a month and once a month a gel pedicure. One day Naomi didn't do a very good job on my gel manicure. Which wasn't like her. She was having an off day I think. I brought it to her attention. She seemed bothered but fixed my gel manicure. When I tried to make an appointment with her in a week for the following week to get my gel manicure. I was told by the owner she dropped me as a client . I was shocked cause she was my nail tech for a year . Christine took over . So she would do my gel mani and gel pedi. After about a month . She kept missing work . Or she left and the nail salon didn't want to disclose that with me. Not sure . I tried other nail techs but the work was just mediocre especially for the price . Then after over a year the owner Ben texted me that Christine was back if I wanted to book an appointment . No thanks !
