Never coming to this place again I do not like when the nail tech told me one thing and then charged differently. It is a very predatory tactic. Highly disappointed with my experience. Also for me they put something on my feet and it burned. One of my toes was left with a burn mark. The nail tech also didn't really understand English so it took her awhile to take off the product so I had to dip my foot inside so I wouldn't burn the rest of my toes.

I have been very afraid of doing any upgrades on my face but I was actually starting to loose my eyebrows. Yes I felt they were very thin and light almost no shape left. I wanted to get them tattooed. But my daughter thought microblading would benefit me better. I have been here 4x now (microbladed eyebrows 2x and Yumi keratin lashes 2x) and love the results. Juliana was able to fix a previous microblading for a color correction and also gave me a fuller look. I will continue going here and highly recommend Juliana. read more

I went to see Natalie yesterday in order to get another persons work corrected. I had horrible,…read moremismatched eyebrows and had waited a year for them to fade enough to get worked on. I sent Natalie photo and she said she believed they had gotten light emphatic do the corrections. When I go there she explained the process and gave me multiple options for correction. She wanted to make sure I was aware of all my options and chose what was best for me. Once she got started with measuring and drawing the correct shape based on my face, she told me she would not recommend just doing the cover up. Because of the multiple colors used by the previous person, she would have to go way too dark for my complexion. I'm blond with green eyes and she said it would be so dark it just would not look right. She then went over the process for saline removal and asked me what I wanted to do. She could've easily just covered them up and fixed the shape like I asked, but she took the time to explain to me how I would regret it. I went ahead and did a session of saline removal, which took her the same amount of time as the coverup would've taken, and it's 1/3 the price. Granted, I'll like need several more sessions to get the previous inks out, she was upfront about that too. But she could've just taken the bigger service fee and sent me on my way. If you're like me and got screwed over my someone else, come see Natalie. She can help! I won't post my jacked brows bc I don't want anyone to mistake them for her work. Trust me, they're awful.

I had a little bit of trouble finding the location but I just gave Juliana a call and she was able to direct me where to go. I was a little nervous but the place was very relaxing. Jules looked at the condition of my lashes so she can best know what type of lashes to put. In my case, my lashes were really thin and short. She installed lighter, thinner extensions so not to stress my own lashes. She also suggested I take biotin and use lash serum to get my lashes back to health. I did what she suggested and they are becoming healthier! All in all, if you want someone to just glue really long and thick lashes without any regard to how your natural lashes will end up, then this place is not for you. But if you want someone who is honest and cares about you and your lashes in the long run, then this is the place for you.
