I have been going to IStyle, and more specifically Sasi, since I was in high school. I am now 25 and I have never gone to another salon. They have watched me grow through high school, college, and now everyday life as an adult. Every person at IStyle is amazing, their vibes are unmatched! Always laughing, chatting, and hyping up every person who comes through. Can't describe how amazing work Oz did on my blondes she did a miracle and transform my hair to the best look ever! When I first got into the salon my hair was damaged my color was not even toned blonde, she corrected my blonde to that pearl light blonde level I was so wishing for so long, she gave my hair a nice fresh hair cut to revive my locks that gave that shine healthy results, I just couldn't believe my eyes of how beautifully silky and blonde my hair was and still are!!! I actually stumbled upon this salon by accident whilst tending to a drink at the bar next door. I was absolutely floored by the extent the staff goes to, to not only make you feel extremely comfortable, but well educated in maintaining your hair. The facility is amazingly lavish, with a washing station that seemed cinematic in nature. I can go on and on regarding their salon, services, low pricing, but I suggest you find out for yourself. I have never had a salon experience like this. Originally from NY, I relocated to Wesley Chapel, FL about 2 months ago. I am used to NY salon style and wasn't sure I'd be able to find it around these parts. I went to one place and was hacked into, my hair destroyed. A few days after I called 2 places who told me they were too busy, but then I called iStyle XG Hair Salon and they said they would make the time to fit me in to help me out. WOW. When I arrived, the receptionist took me on a tour of the salon, explaining their philosophy and what not and I was impressed. The room where you get shampooed is AMAZING."The Lather Lounge" I got Jesica as my stylist who never made me feel rushed. She took the time to listen to every aspect of what I was feeling about my hair. She has an extensive and impressive resume BTW. Watching her work was amazing. She explained everything as she went. Absolutely amazing experience! The staff is so friendly. The salon is clean and decorated nicely. When I walked in for my appointment the receptionist showed me around the salon and offered me refreshments. My stylist, Sasi, is an angel! She knows her stuff. I showed her an inspiration pic and knew exactly what to do to make it me. The entire time I was there each stylist came up and said hello to me. I felt so welcomed. Now my hair. BEST EVER!!!!!! I had a great experience at this salon. Two months after visiting a very pricey salon in South Tampa (with very lackluster results), I needed to find a place closer to my house. I made an appt here with Cliff the same day I called. It only took me 8 minutes to drive to the salon. Cliff was very kind, and has a fabulous personality. He listened to what I wanted to do to my hair, took the time to give me a very fair price quote, and made sure I was comfortable. The LATHER LOUNGE is awesome! They have chairs that you lie down in, so no cramped neck or pain while you have your hair washed. I also had my ends trimmed, and partial highlights. Then Cliff blow dried my hair straight, and styled it nicely with the curling iron. All the while, he was so attentive and professional. I have finally found one person that I trust to maintain my highlights and do my hair. I highly recommend this salon. Ask for Cliff, you won't be disappointed. read more

I came here after reading all the great reviews and there is a lot I really like about the salon. I love how everyone works as a team, and the lather lounge is pretty awesome. I thought my stylist did a good job with my color. I wasn't unhappy with that, the issue I had was with my haircut and styling after. I asked for about an inch off with layers. Ok I usually love stylists who are on the side of caution but I barely got a fourth inch off and I had just had bleach put on my hair. I asked for layers but got nothing. I'm used to having my hair dried with a big round brush to add volume and it was paddle brush dried. It looked great when I left the salon but a week later my ends looked horrible. My own father commented on how badly I needed a haircut. If I'm paying over 100 to have my hair done I rather go somewhere where they get it right the first time. read more

First impression was great. Stylist seemed very knowledgeable and personally was great. I went to get purple highlights. After the cut and color my hair looked fabulous. I loved it. However after about a week the purple turned into blue/blue green. Needless to say I am pretty upset after spending around $350 after cut,highlights, purple color, tip and products. I purchased some conditioner that contained the color the stylist said would make the purple color last longer. I think that is what has turned my hair blue/blue green. I will never go back here again. EVER! read more
