The team back in the service department are very good, I try to more or less schedule with some type of a "rough" appointment, and so far they have been able to return my bicycle towards the end of the week so we are able to enjoy on the weekends. For those curious about what service matters have been addressed, they are: Remove the fenders so that i can change the color, as the bike is all black, they reinstalled the fenders after powder coating. Next, a one year tune up and general service. They found the chain to be stretched. After the tune up and chain replacement, the ride really smoothed out. Last a flat tire just after the tune up. The tube was replaced in about 30 minutes or so yesterday. This bike shop takes care off the custer, and of course, the customer's bicycles. I do recommend.

The bike shifted OK for a couple of cycles up and down. As much as I was happy to get the bicycle back the same day, I was not happy after riding it several time and from gears five thru eight still trouble upshifting. I truly wish they had kept the bike until Tuesday, maybe the bike would shift properly. I did not need to get my bicycle back fast as much as I needed to get my bicycle back FIXED.

Also, I was like, "Are you trying to blame your shoddy merchandise on an eleven yr old child?" They both looked at each and sorta slightly nodded. At that point, I asked for a manager. Dylan pops off with, "I am the manager" and puts out her hand. I shook it reluctantly. And there she was without any name tags stating she was a manager. She didn't act like a manager to me, at all. I then said, "Well, it is $14 and since you have nothing but another like it...my refund is due since when I bought it two days ago, I have that I need. Receipt, item with all the tags, etc. So you need to refund me $14." She then asked for the actual card to give me my full refund, I happen to have it with me. Thank goodness. I will NOT BE BACK. And if you shop there--I STRONGLY suggest to see the manufacturer date and see if something really old is being sold as new. Lots can happen to merchandise randomly stored and dropping would be an average happening. Also, how high on a shelf has it been stored OVER 8 years. Not cool. Nor great customer service. Dave answered all questions and invited us down to the shop for a free demo, which we did. We were welcomed by Dave, who went over the bikes and how the worked. We rode around the parking lot a bit. We are old, and it's been a long, long time since we've been on bikes. We did not rent them as my wife felt she needed to up her basic bike skills first. Back to today. We arrived at our our scheduled rental time and were again greeted by Dave. Super friendly, super patient, super easy to work with. He reviewed the bike operation again, set us up with helmets and locks. Explained where to ride and what to do. I thought the rentals were reasonably priced, the bikes are in great shape we had a ball. A long-winded way of saying this place and the staff are great, and it's a very fun outing. If/when we're in the market for an e-bike I'd seriously consider purchasing here just based on service received. Until then, we plan on some more rental rides!

The employee showed me both options and informed me of pricing. Next day I picked up my bicycle mid day the next day and it is riding perfectly again. Value? Well, it was OK I guess but they did charge me a $20 premium because "it is an electric bike". Makes no difference when replacing a tube on the front tire, just a BS surcharge. My tire tube and wheel on the front are the same as any other generic bicycle that comes thru the shop that has no electric assist. They charge extra because they can, I guess.
