Completely unprofessional and dismissive. I have mortgage clients who rely on me to get their mortgage transaction completed. Some people may find that funny or irrelevant but I am an important cog on most people's most expensive asset. My stomach was in knots all weekend because today I have to face these clients and explain the cause of the delay. Rate lock extensions can be extremely costly. Then one day after, the speakers, and microphone were disconnected of the computer. I called him again,and he told me his price was again $ 350 plus taxes. So, it is difficult to pay $ 800 dollars for a job that is done in one hour and 5 minutes. I understand inflation is high but there should be some kind of consideration with the customers. In any case yellow pages advertises the charge of $150 per hour, and that does include the commute of the technician to the site. In conclusion I got another technician who came to add the speakers and microphone to my computer in 15 minutes, he charged me $140.00dollars. I do not recommend this busines.
