This review is very overdue. My family and I came in to switch to T-Mobile from At&t. Gianni, or Giovanni (Sorry, don't remember...it's been a month or so), was extremely helpful and patient assisting us with getting a new account set up, setting up our new iPhones and making sure everything transferred from the cloud correctly. He also put on new cases for us and tempered glass to assure our iPhones were safe. Overall, a very pleasant experience. read more

A salesperson in this store informed me that I'd receive the XR iPhone for free as a new T-Mobile customer. So I did. However, according to my T-Mobile account and there was a charge of $31.24 for the new phone. I went back to the store where the salesperson said he made a mistake and instead I needed two lines in order to receive the XR iPhone for free. The manager offered me a credit of $50 to fix the problem. I went from a free phone to a charge of $750 and he wanted to give me $50????? How is this just? They refused to be held accountable for their error and would not absorb a fair amount of the cost. I doubt this establishment would claim bankruptcy if they corrected their mistake. I will never visit this store again. Make note of their unprofessional and disgusting business practices. read more
