Ethan does it again. Sold State Drive was throwing (probably specious) errors. He took the machine, imaged it, wiped the disk, rebuilt it, tested it multiple ways overnight, returned it, and now it's running as fast as it did before it had any programs on it. Lightning fast. Beware. Ethan visited our business to help with e-mail connectivity issues and spam filtering. He spent about 2 hours there total. We then received an invoice for $450 (3 hours) and another $195 for a spam blocker. E-mail still goes off and online, and we still get spam. Tried to work out a time to keep fixing the issue via phone, but work got busy. He calls to complain, could not have been more rude, that his invoice wasn't paid after a couple of weeks. It clearly stated a 30 day turnaround. And our issue wasn't even fixed!!! So now we're down over $600 and in the same place we started. He was a complete asshole and I would never recommend hiring him or this company. Stay away. read more

This is a warning. I had called Mr. Feerst based on a friend's referral. He sent out a tech( Jonathan). Seems I had a bridge issue with my modem. It took over an hour to get this repaired. Something seemed really wrong. My network was up and running but slow and struggling with the printer) nothing out of place but this minor misstep with TW based on an installation issue. I kept asking the technician what was taking so long as I heard a long conversation happening between the two techs. I was told that it had to be reset and that it was taking a long time. I called TW to get the transcripts... It was only 10mins! The tech from Mr. Freest I had check my airport and the extender ( all previously set up). He than talked to me about his life etc. I had thought that was on his dime... Oh no! I was charged for a two hour visit! The tech made it sound like he had created my whole system and when I tried to explain it was a simple reset...Ethan shut me down!$300 for resetting my computer modem and resetting the network! Total rip off! And when I complained... Was totally hard balled by the owner!!! If you are female stay away! This company is really bad news of you have a problem with their techs or fees charged. Maybe it's a Mac thing [ :-) ] but their graciousness and generosity in texting back a quick answer to a problem that seems insurmountable (and those computer problems that crop up can make us SO anxious, can't they - especially when we're under a deadline?) is incredibly appreciated. To have a computer consultant who you can trust implicitly - we're so lucky. Those of us who use them are incredibly appreciative and grateful. Just wanted to say that! I've referred countless people to them, and continue to do so. UPDATED REVIEW: I could NOT live without Dylan Stewart and Eldar helping me out in very troublesome situations with my Mac and IPhone. I depend on my phone and computer for my work....they rescue me every time. DON'T USE ANYONE ELSE!! Especially if you have Apple products!! These guys go above and beyond. I don't think ANYONE could give less than 5 stars to these guys (though I've only used Dylan and Eldar.) Dylan's been rescuing me for years. There's NOTHING he doesn't know about Macs and iPhones. NOTHING. From suggestions and directions as to what to buy, when and what to update (ok, Dylan, I know I don't update enough!!), to horrible problems that stump even Apple - Dylan knows how to fix it. Plus both he and Eldar are really, really nice, and handle short phone questions and problems - if they are with a client, they let me know, and get back to me.
