They had exactly what I needed, a charger for my laptop at a good price. I would recommend them.

Large swaths of this particular Best Buy (and Target above) sit in the area of the mall that used to be the May Company, and parts of other smaller stores. As of the time of this writing, only JC Penny and See's Candies remain as original tennents in their original location when this mall opened in 1975 as the Fox Hills Mall. I came here in need of a few necessary items, among them a new unlocked mobile/cell phone that was solid and affordable, as well as a 16gb flash drive that could hold a good deal of Ring Vids, and other data. To be quite honest, I didn't know where to start, and that's when I was approached by the CSA (Customer Service All Star) for this experience. Nick (pictured) went above and beyond, coming back with a solid Motorola phone (a tad above a c-note and unlocked) as well as a great option for the flash drive. According to Nick, the Moto G 2024 is a solid choice for those of us old-school Android phone users, who can't contemplate spending more than a few hundred bucks on a phone-regardless of its specs. (Count me as one of them!) lol All in all a great experience. Thanks Nick, you're a credit to the Best Buy brand!

Having recently discovered my beloved Shure E4c's wires had cracked where they sit over my ears, I went on a hunt for replacement earbuds. Since I was travelling for Thanksgiving, trying to make it into any standard retail outlets that carry such a product was a mess with the post-holiday shopping glut. Enter: InMotion at the Bradley terminal. Not only did this small but mighty outlet have a huge variety of various earbuds and headphones, they had the Klipsch S4 I'd been seeking; they also had the S4i (for Apple products) and the S4A (for Androids) as well. The employee helping me unlock the security device on the stand talked me through the differences in products, inquired whether or not I wanted to try the earbuds out before purchasing them, and actually helped me unpackage the product and throw away the box after cutting out the UPC so I could save it for the manufacturer warranty. Now -that's- service. Are you taking notes, Best Buy?

What drove me to come back here was to browse at the portable electronic items for travelers. There was the usual selection of plugs, power packs for phones, cases, and compact digital cameras. I thought there might be some interesting gadget there but didn't see anything that i have not seen before. A tip for int'l travelers since most probably bring along phones, tablets, digital cameras that can require alot of plugs. On my trip to china i picked up a regular power strip and could have lived with just one plug adapter of course this is assuming your device is dual voltage. Never had any issues and my hostel roommates took to plugging their devices into my strip

The app said she was out of refills. I called the Doctor's office and they said the pharmacy should request the refills. I told them it's always an issue so they sent the request to the pharmacist. This is where there is a disconnect. The system is not sending the auto refill requests and the info is not accurate on the app according to the pharmacist. The pharmacist spent 10 minutes trying to explain to me how they cannot call and that their system is state of the art when I asked why didn't they call and request a refill. I think he was lost on semantics. I understand you technically don't manually call. However, if you see in your system she is out of medication why wasn't the refill processed. This is not the first time we experienced this. Then you tell me if there is a problem to call you when you know the calls don't go through and you can only leave a message. Next, the pharmacist said they were out of one of her medications. As a smaller location they only get deliveries every two weeks versus weekly. I get it. Next, they found a location that had stock and same day pick up in 20 minutes. Great! At least that is what I thought. I arrived 20 minutes later only to find that they were out of stock also. Why would you send me to a location without double checking especially since you know how frustrating this process has been. Instead the pharmacist wanted to tell me everybody loves this location, he never gets complaints and no one ever leaves just so you know. The thing that continues to bother me is still the lack of pleasantness. I did notice the pharmacist smiled with other customers. The tall young lady behind the counter still consistently no smile or friendliness towards everyone. She just has a straight face and straight to business words. No greetings or smile but it is consistent for everyone. The staff at the CVS on the corner of Century and LaBrea were definitely friendly. I chose the drive up window. Initially I heard a voice but did not see anyone. Yet I was greeted well. The only reason I haven't switched locations is because my Mom likes to shop in Target while getting her medicine. If the pharmacist really listened to me instead of consistently trying to defend himself I think issues could be resolved. If you see a process is not working let's work towards figuring out a solution. At this point I have to send my reviews to corporate in hopes of getting things corrected.
