Fantastic business. I would have never, ever gone to this place since I live in Orange County and come up to the area once every few months for work. But today was that day. I broke my work laptop charging cable, and my old laptop doesn't hold a charge without being plugged in. I NEED a laptop for work. After panicking, I called a couple places which didn't have what I needed. I called C&A and immediately the own was like "yeah I have it, come by and bring the laptop." I drove over, showed them the problem, and was out the door in 5 minutes since I needed to get back to work. They took care of my huge problem in the span of 20 minutes. I've been going to C&A for over 20 years. They have some of the lowest prices for desktop computers, monitors, laptops, printerss, accessories, blank DVD's, CD's, flash drives, speakers, TV wall mounts, cell phone cases and tempered glass screen protectors for just about all major phones, etc., etc., etc. Ypu get yhe point. I believe they have the lowest prices for computer repairs since I haven't found anyone with lower prices. I'm sure they have the lowest prices for repairing Apple products. They are extremely courteous, knowledgeable and fast just to name a few attributes. They are wonderful people. Maritza is fantabulous. She takes good care of me. Everyone of the employees are great, but she is the greatest. I could write a book about how great they are. I am EXTREMELY SASTIFIED with them. I have referred friends, some church members including some who work in the media ministry to C&A. I do not like to go anywhere else to buy my electronic merchandise. They usually have what I need. When they don't have what I need, I am forced to go somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and go see them. You will not be disappointed. They have so many items to buy. I did an "update and shut down" for Windows 11 on my Asus laptop and something happened where it ended up asking me for my BitLocker recovery key. I entered it and for whatever reason the automatic repair didn't work so I got stuck in this endless loop of BitLocker and Automatic Repair blue screens. I called C&A Electronics and I was told what might've happened and that it could be fixed. Took my laptop in the next day and got it back in the same day!!! On top of the quick and efficient service the price was absolutely reasonable compared to other places I contacted. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly, I would absolutely recommend this place to others and will definitely come back if I have any other technology issues. read more

This guy's are the best! Efrem is a seasoned technician. I went there with a very unusual request; I went there with a satellite device and asked for help! The lady at the front desk was strict. She said hat they don't do satellite phones or devices. I insisted that a seasoned technician can do it and I insisted on speaking with the head technician. Enter Engineer Efrem! I spoke with Mirna and Alexis and they gave me a tower so I could use for class, free of charge. I'm very grateful especially because not many people would do such an act of kindness. OK so I took my computer to some idiot place on La Brea to have it fixed,they gave it back to me and told me that they couldn't do nothing to it I was about to throw it away when I brought it to C and A electronics. I had a great experience! The screen on my MacBook Pro was broken so I took it here to get fixed. It took about two weeks because they had to wait for a part to be delivered. When I went to pick up my laptop, the employees made sure I was able to turn my MacBook on and off, type, and connect to the internet before I took my laptop home. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I was assured by Mirna that they will be able to repair my laptop. I informed her that I took it to numerous experts already. I provided details of my problem, and she was positive that it can be repaired, so I drove for more than an hour. There was no follow up, I had to call that afternoon, and I was informed it was not repairable. Now,I have to drive another hour to pick it up. I went in to get my MacBook Pro 2015 fixed, i was having problems with the keyboard. They were able to fix it within 3 days, and also notified me of a damaged trackpad on my laptop and had that changed the same day I picked it up. Their prices are really reasonable, and they do an excellent job of giving new life to your computer. Also if anything goes wrong with the parts they install, they have a warranty of 30 days. Love this place!! They are honest with computer diagnostics. I had previously taken my computer to staples and they tried to convince me to get a new one of course, they never tried to fix it. I took it to C&A and they fixed it for a very reasonable price. They did tell me my computer was older and not worth investing in it, but the choice is ultimately the costumers. So I went ahead and fixed it. My dad gave me that computer so it has sentimental value, and right now I just don't have the money to invest in a newer computer. But when I do I will make sure to go back to them. read more
