This is a distribution center by the looks of it. When you look up the address it looks like a big warehouse. I ordered directly from pop mart and all their packages are packed in a bag with this address. POP Mart is a Chinese company. When I tracked my package, I could see this was coming directly from china and flown to LAX.

Also known as UNIGIFTA. They sent me a Mother's Day mirror frame that was misprinted entirely. Both my daughter's name and my wife's name were misprinted and the hand in the photo resembled a male. And most of the printing was off. Reaching out to customer care and instead of making it right and allowing me my refund. They stated they cannot issue refund because the item has left their warehouse. What? They sent me trash and allowed the item to leave in its condition and now I have to be punished do to their incompetence? Not to mention my item showed up 2 weeks after Mother's Day. Reporting them to the BBB. I advise others to do so also. SCAM! The price I paid is not worth the quality nor the time waiting for it to arrive.

One of the 2 exact same items ordered, came in different packages, one came broken. The request to get it replaced WAS VERY LABOR INTENSIVE! Take at least 2 pictures of the packaging for both to not- broken one and 2 or more pictures of the broken one. Take 2 or more pictures of the container it was packed in from 2 or more sides. Take 2 or more pictures of the internal packing materials that surrounded the item. Take 2 or more pictures of the damaged item, explain what is broken on the item, email all the documentation photos to customer services we will get back to you regarding our finding in 10-14 days. They deliver it to you very fast after you pay online. It has an address only in their website : 5215 S Boyle Ave, Vernon CA 90058. This pair of shoes definitely did not look like picture, and it has a very strong smell. I am going to write a letter to Mr Trump, if I don't get my refund as soon as possible. Just wrote to them through email just now. The number I found on Tik Tok says that "this number is disconnected". It's a cheap money making scheme. And I agree with all of you, this person gets his stuff from China very cheap, then sells this to American citizens. I will call the Consumers Bureau as well. read more

Negative 5 stars from me. They also go by Lydie Anne Jewelry and some other names. It's a complete SCAM SCAM SCAM company. They put up websites to make you think the maker is a little old lady in the US, but it's really a factory in China. I ordered a ring that looked gorgeous on their website. The ring I got was nothing like the ring they advertised. When I contacted them via email to get a refund, they claimed the ring was handmade and each one was unique, yet when I told them I wanted to return it, they will only let me return it to their factory in China. Bingo, not homemade. So far they are letting me keep this piece of junk that I paid $28.99 for and will give me 20% back. My other choice (so far) is to ship it to China for a full refund at twice what I paid for this piece of junk. I'm now trying to get them to let me ship it back to the address they shipped it to me from, 5215 S. Boyle, Vernon, CA 90058. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM A BUSINESS AT THIS ADDRESS! I placed an order for 2 different sizes of shoes not knowing how they would fit. I typically wear a 38 but that size is way to small in these shoes. I also ordered a pair of size of 39 and they are to big. I immediately contacted the customer service. They are refusing to refund my money. I have told them I will return the shoes at my expense but they keep coming up with other options rather than my returning the product and giving me a full refund. TOTAL SCAM!! They operate out of China, with no contact information, no confirmation at the time you place your order for something that looks great, and is NOT cheap, BTW. I saw a cute metal dog thing I was going to get for my garden, I did some research and it seemed good. Lots of posts on its ad which I first saw on FB Marketplace that everything was guaranteed. HA! I ordered it thru PayPal (supposed to have some protection for you, right). After I found no confirmation of my order and couldn't find their post on FB, yet they took my money right away ($45.00), I contacted PayPal to stop anything going to them. PayPal unbelievably denied my claim!! My only recourse is to send PayPal a LETTER in the mail to appeal that determination. More work for their customers. THIS IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. Highway robbers. I thought, oh well, I'll wait and that's that. Well, I got it yesterday. It is UGHLY beyond words. It is nothing like advertised. It's a plastic thing about 6 inches high, broken in two pieces, no packing information or contact information or receipt. It's SUPPOSED to be 40x11 inches and metal. Ha! This is not worth $.50. I Googled the return address on the envelope, and here I am. I saw all the NEGATIVE and fraudulent reviews on this YELP. How can PayPal deny any claim for this internet and mail fraud scheme. China is stealing lots of money. This needs to be shut down. I'm not done. I'm notifying PayPal, my bank, the US Postal Service, and anyone else I can think of. I thought I had a secret admirer and actually thought the spoon with "love you more" inscribed on It was kind of cute. But then I read other reviews, saying that mysterious packages were sent to them without having them even place an order. How bizarre! I picked up a fun/odd felt tiger Christmas ornament, a cat pen, and a super cute bronze cat shaped spoon that hangs on the side of your cup. Did I need it? No.... but it's fun and makes me happy. I ordered 2 robotic like dogs (battery operated) that were supposed to jump around and act like real dogs.... At least according to the video ad. There were two that resembled my live dogs and I thought it would be fun.... They appeared to be so cute. What I got was two very (VERY) cheap stuffed dogs that didn't even come close to looking like the ad.... They were so bad I was even afraid to donate them and just threw them in the trash. $40 plus shipping lost. BEWARE!!. THIS IS A ROTTEN, CHEATING, SCAMMING COMPANY!!!. STRANGE ... I received a package last night that I did not order. I opened it this morning and enclosed was a turtleneck sweater. No label on the sweater, no garment care instruction label ... nothing. The package came from USPS. No clue as to who sent it or why I received it. I have received scam text messages asking to confirm my mailing address ... but those texts were NOT from USPS, and I did not respond. Now I have an item from USPS that I did not order. I am assuming this is all connected. This is bizarre activity to say the least. I dont want the cost of returning it ... and I don't want to keep it ... that is my conundrum. Who is Italia Gift??? Why can't we leavMy brother had someone order his gift through this company so when I saw the address, I looked it up to see why someone would order from a place with no company name on packaging. Anything to do with my brother is probably garbage or fraudulent. Someone probably used a stolen credit card to buy some random item in lieu for drugs. Right away, I knew this place was 'suspect!' I read the other reviews and seems like this company puts ads on Amazon and orders the items from a Chinese website like Alibaba, Shein or Temu. How they make profit. Super weird, I didn't order anything from this address (5215 S Boyle Ave, Vernon CA) but got a small bubble wrap envelope with a box inside. Box was completely empty. Just weird.
