I selected this establishment based on positive reviews and a personal recommendation from a friend for phone repair services. Unfortunately, my experience has been far below expectations. On Thursday, April 24th I entrusted my device for a diagnostic assessment. The staff promised to contact me within hours with results, which presented the first logistical issue - they had my phone, yet provided no alternative contact method for updates. I didn't mind waiting a day and so I called on Friday, April 26th, I was informed that a power supply issue had been identified, necessitating my phone to be shipped to a third-party repair with an estimated 7-10 day timeline. At this point, I provided my brother's contact information to ensure I would receive updates. One week later (May 1st), having received no communication, I initiated contact again. The staff then revealed that the issue had been rediagnosed as a motherboard problem, extending the repair timeline by an additional 7-10 days. More concerning was the revelation that my device had only been shipped to the repair facility on April 28th, despite earlier assurances. When questioned about the lack of updates, staff claimed they had attempted to contact me - a claim contradicted by the fact that no calls or messages were received on my brother's phone. I now find myself in a difficult position - my device is in transit to an unspecified repair location, I'm unable to retrieve it to seek service elsewhere, and I'm still expected to pay the full repair cost ($250-300). This is particularly problematic as my professional responsibilities depend on access to my phone. They are running a full on ChopShop with tech devices. My friend went in to get his iPhone screen checked by them because the colors on screen looked faded. There was nothing else wrong with the device. They said wait two hours and we will fix it, we assumed on good faith they would fix the screen since they where the ones who repaired it last. we waited and went back to find out the they not only didn't fix the screen but now they chopped up the home screen button by replacing that one with broken one. So in short I went In with everything intact and left with a broken phone. I confronted them about it and they said they would fix it in a week, being that it was already a sketchy situation we were in, i then asked for something in writing saying they would fix it in a week. He refused to give any thing, which was more sketchy. So I then started recording it so that then I can possibly have some some verbal agreement. They began to get very paranoid that I have them on film. I caught them in several lies on my iPhone. They then told me to leave and as I did one of the employees tried to grab my phone from my hand in fear of been exposed. I will upload the film in another link on YouTube. I am ecstatic right now!!! Found these guys on here, saw all the great reviews, how quick it is, they have stuff in stock, etc!! All true! My screen was cracked for quite a while, and I had been waiting because of the cost, wait times, and other problems I've encountered in the past. Not my first cracked screen! I live in Claremont and was in a time crunch, called them to see if I could get in and out in an hour and they said no problem and I drove over right away. First off, this was a fun, funny, and such an enjoyable experience and transaction! I also checked-in on here to get a free tempered glass for my phone! Score!! I brought my iPhone 6Plus in, and they asked again how when I needed to get back by, and told me 10-15 minutes. I wandered over to Vons to grab a tea, came back, and it was ready for me. It actually seemed like less than 10 minutes! I got back to Claremont with so much extra time I even could write this review right now, before I need to meet my friend and her new baby! Thanks again so much Sam and everyone! Wonderful experience. Very grateful for you working with me and getting me in and out so very quickly! Will be back, hopefully not for my screen again anytime soon, but for your accessories or with a friend, will definitely be referring others to you guys! So happy, I'm still grinning. I broke my iPhone 6sPlus screen so bad I had to tape it because it was a new phone everyone wanted to charge me $150 + & Come on I'm on a budget I can't do that but I needed my phone bad . T-Mobile in Glendora gave me the card to this place saying this is where they refer everyone too so I called around other places first was too expensive . This place was gonna charge me $99 plus tax it came out to $107 . That wasn't bad or expensive as the others . But just cause the price was good doesn't mean I'm gonna jump at the offer I want quality , so I looked it up and read on the reviews and they had a lot all 5 stars for great service so I felt better about going . I walked right in they were friendly as can be , took them 20 minutes . They showed me the screen & how it still swipes and everything & told me if I had any problems I can come back within 30 and and they'll fix at no charge . The owner has a wonderful dog that walks around the shop , he made the waiting part fun and go by quickly . I recommended this shop to everyone ! Shame one you accusing your customers. I fixed my sons iPhone and my wife iPhone previously. You charged me $130 for my iPhone and now accusing me of trying to fix it myself, if you didn't fix it right from the beginning as you mentioned it has glue. I assume that Probably you glued it yourself and I didn't know what you did and now you are accusing your customer of doing it. You take the items that need repair to the back and you tell us to come back in a couple of hours, we don't know exactly what you do with them. All I know is that I brought my phone to be fixed and you said you changed the lcd and screen and now it's not working properly. I'm at the Apple Store buying a brand new phone. I should have never gave you my friends or families business. The sound button wasn't working on my iphone 5 and the power clicker was busted. I work out in Los angeles and theres a lot of guys out there that can "fix" your phone. Cousin told me about these guys and how they operate. It was a far drive but man was it worth it. Not only did they do the repairs for an insanely low price. It was done in about 15 mins. Other people wanted 100+ and a day or so. Worked out great, took my dads cell phone to them. A rugby II and they unlocked it so I could use it for any carrier. Again I wasn't dissapointed, these guys dont mess around and even though I work out in Hollywood now, I will STILL drive the hour + to have them fix my stuff. They're pros and judging by the reviews and comments. Their reputation and praise is long earned and well deserved. Shoot them a call if you get a chance, or need questions answered. I see they wrote a detailed response but again I have my own photos of proof and this place is a scam. They harassed me for a long time calling and calling but I refuse to be bullied. They called for a year after this. They called me off of multiple numbers as well. They have posted pictures of half of the story to make themselves look better but the reviews speak for itself. Since this I have been to another repair and they were excellent. They helped and were so kind. Things happen for a reason and going through the horror of this store led me to a better one. Customers are allowed to write reviews of their experience. A lot of reviews get changed because of how they go after customers but mine will not. This review was back in 2018 yet they still keep going. This is not normal for a business. If you haven't met Joe already, regardless of whether or not you need his services, you need to go down to meet him. Joe's an awesome guy, and he runs his business in a way that you rarely see. Not only is he great to interact with, but his work is amazing! I have never been treated so kindly, and with such a high level of respect from a guy who really doesn't need my business. Love, love love love love this place. Joe is wonderful with the most down to earth and personable customer service. My phone died, I thought it was the battery but it was the charging port. They fixed it at the most reasonable price I could imagine, did it in an hour AND gave me a 5% discount. Everyone that I encountered when I was there was pleasant, friendly and happy. Good service indeed does rub off on their customers. I even got to meet the store pup Max a puppy Akita such a beautiful pup! I grab a handful of cards and told them I would tell the world about them. This is why I am here writing my first review to tell the world about their excellent service. I took my phone to get repaired for water damage, the camera and the LCD. When I received my phone, it looked like it was fully functional til I started noticing things. 1. I lost the ability to use wifi on my phone. 2. The battery would shut off once it was at 60% of battery life. After that, it rebooted and the battery was at 10%. 3. I noticed the camera started to glitch and not take pictures. It would lag to switch to the front facing camera. 4. The screen started to show signs that the parts that were replaced were wearing out. I've been coming here for years and after this experience on repairing my phone, I will no longer come back. IF YOU CANT FIX THE PROBLEM/ISSUE WITH GENUINE/LEGITIMATE PARTS THAT WORK, THEN YOUR IN THE WRONG BUSINESS. read more
