Jerry is my go-to guy for phone repair. He has salvaged my salt water damaged phone in the past…read moreincluding my coveted pictures and contacts. I just had my screen replaced in about an hour. He is fast, efficient and fair. If he doesn't have parts is stock he will get them in a jiffy.... Thanks Jerry. Deon

Trust the 5 star reviews here. They are legit. Absolutely great experience here. My phone got that…read moredreaded white/green vertical line on the screen and needed to be replaced. I found this place on Yelp, sent a message, within a less than a minute, I got a quoted price, what time to come in and roughly how long it would take. No BS, no "we'll have to see what condition the phone is in, in order to give you the price", just exact price right on the spot. I came in at the exact appointment time, and to my surprise Jerry, the manager was there waiting for me. Dropped off the phone to him, he told me to come back in 30-45 minutes. He didn't give me any paper or receipt, so I felt a bit worried since there was no proof I left it with him but I did so anyways. Came back 45 minutes later and there was Jerry waiting for me again, showed me the phone and it was a brand new screen, worked even better than before and i was out the door in a few minutes. One of the best experiences I've ever had with repair service and definitely making this my new go to place for any repairs. I also found out Jerry not only does Phone repairs but also, tablet, and computer so I'll be coming here for those in the future. 5 stars for awesome experience here, and another 5 stars for Jerry for being friendly, easy to deal with and just providing good customer service.

Buyer Beware if you want to purchase a temporary eSim/SIM…read moreCard from this place, DON'T! You pay for the SIM but the owner sets it up as if he paid for it for himself. A- He enters his own email. B-He chooses his own password. c He chooses his own PIN. So essentially yes your SIM card works but he has access and complete control over your service. What the process is supposed to actually be like 1. Pay for the SIM. 2. Visit the carrier's activation page (like straighttalk.com/activate or familymobile.com/activate). 3. Enter the SIM number & plan info from the card or kit. 4. Create your account online: * Enter your email address. * Set an account password. * May be asked to set a security PIN for account support. 5. Complete activation and start service. Summary * Email: Yes -- you pick your own when you create the carrier account. * Password: Yes -- you set your own account password. * PIN: The SIM may have a default PIN (carrier-provided) that you can change, and many carriers let you create a security PIN for account support. The owner insists that the way he sets up the SIM card is standard practice. You basically have the SIM card but NO management authority as you can't change email, password, or PIN. LIKELY A SCAM I Deleted the SIM immediately!
