This was my first time ever getting my phone fixed here. I had confused my iPhone for the 10 but had the 14, but the guy was nice enough to price match what he had said on the phone even thought it was my mistake! My phone is working perfectly even though there was also frame damage it's working so much better, he was super quick we well. I respect the business practices here because a lot of tech places can be sketchy but I completely trust this place: my new go to. I just wish there were more stars to give him. At least give him 5 Gold stars. long story short, Birthday last night and the bottle didnt hit the table til 1:10am. 30 mins left. I brought in an iPhone that another repair shop told me had a stripped screw and so they couldn't get it open to replace the battery. I brought it here and they were able to get it open and replace the battery within 20 minutes. He also charged me less than I was expecting. I highly recommend this company! read more

Sam is phenomenal! He has fixed my elementary aged son's ipad 3 different times now and this past time, the ipad was stuck in a boot loop due to corrosion. I cracked my Samsung S20+ phone screen on Monday and knew I had to get this fixed ASAP. I called a local place where I've gone before, but the quote was higher than I was comfortable paying. I looked around and called a few other places that were nearby and came across San Dimas Cell Repair. When I called, Sam answered and requested that I come in to view the severity of the damage and to ensure that the correct parts were ordered for my phone. He quoted me about $50 less than what I was originally looking at, in addition to changing the screen and frame. When it came time to part ways with my phone for the day, I was able to drop it off with Hope, who was so friendly and kind. I picked up my phone after a few hours and I was so relieved to see it repaired, with no cracks or dents in sight! There was a small discrepancy that I noticed after leaving, so I called Sam right away, to which he assured me was a quick fix. I came back the next day and my phone was good as new. He explained everything to me so clearly and professionally. I appreciate this business very much and definitely recommend for quality and value of service. read more

My phone was dropped from 70 feet in the air at work and completely smashed . It was partially bent and the screen was shattered but it was still receiving calls and texts. To my surprise Sam said he thought he could fix it, gave him a day and went back and picked up a perfectly working and perfectly looking phone. He didn't have the same color blue for the back that my original phone had so we switched it to an army green but that doesn't bother me since I always have a Rokform case on it. The price was $400 which is a bit steep but considering I didn't have to pay for a new cell phone and the time expended switching everything over, price was well worth it. I highly recommend Sam for any cell phone repairs. read more

So I messaged 3 phone repair shops to get an estimate for the repair i needed so I dont waste my time driving to it only to find out they wont be able to fix my phone and the 2 other shops responded, quite politely, but this one. I cracked my phone screen pretty severely to where it was impossible to use the touch screen anymore without cutting myself. Not only was this the cheapest quote I received anywhere nearby, but he took us the same day without an appointment. The phone repair was done in less than 10 minutes. The gentleman was also nice enough to look at my daughters' phone and give us a free quote. On top of all of that, he gave me $5 off of a case for the phone, and honored the $10 off for signing up. I was in need of an iPad mini repair for my son. So I found this place on Yelp near where I work. I met with Sam and he gave me a price and time quote. So a couple days later he reached out to me and let me know that the iPad mini was damaged to the point where it was unrepairable. He offered me a full refund even after he worked on the iPad. Wow I was amazed as he did take the time and order parts for the repair. So I decided to purchase a repaired iPad that he had for my son. iPad works amazing and I am so glad I gave Sam a chance. So my husband took his phone here the first couple of times everything was okay but the last time something was not fixed properly when we first noticed his phone was going black but it wasn't dead or anything we just couldn't see the screen or it would turn off by itself you click the lock button to see your screen and the screen does not appear takes a couple seconds and couple presses for it to appear. So then my phone broke and i took it to him and when i got my phone it was doing the same thing as my husbands. We knew there was no way mine all of a sudden just started doing that when the same issue after he fixed it. So long story short guy didn't fix the problem even though he looked at my husbands phone again. Mine still has the issue along with my husband. read more

I was out geocaching on Friday and cracked my phone's screen. Needing it for more than just finding tupperware in bushes, I started looking for a repair shop nearby. The first two places were major disappointments, and by the time I got to Sam's the day was running out and I was getting pretty desperate. He really went above and beyond to get the replacement screen (despite his regular supplier not having it in stock) and make the repair quickly. Came in because my new iPhone 6 Plus (purchased late June) was not charging. I have apple care, but was on the phone waiting on hold for over 15min to talk to someone at the rancho Apple Store. Long story short, came in to San Dimas phone repair, they looked at my phone, wouldn't charge, then he reset my phone. And ta-da it charges!!! Best part he didn't want to charge me anything, real honest guy. So I decided to get a screen protector to pay for his services, which was 20$, I will definitely go back to replace my old iPhone 5 battery which he quoted me $20. read more

After breaking my i phone 5 and cracking my screen, friends told me about this store in San Dimas that was recently opened , I wasn't disappointed at all! I'm usually a very picky person, but I should say I was very pleased with the customer service and the quality of work on my phone. Not to mention the good price compared to others. I shattered the back of my IPhone pretty bad and came here to see if it could be repaired. The worker was able to fix the back like new, but informed me some of the internal pieces of the phone needed more attention, which he did not have to do. As such, I thought about getting a new phone and was able to trade in the phone for an upgrade. It was great to work with an honest person that values the quality of your device after repair. Just had my Iphone 6 repaired twice in two days. Cracked Screen and then the next day broken LCD. Sam was absolutely the best. He replaced the cracked screen perfectly and then the next day replaced the LCD the I broke. He gave great service and great pricing and quick turnaround time. Instead, I'm dealing with another broken screen and another repair bill because of the cheap product they used. I would not recommend iRepair in La Verne based on my experience.
