Service was amazing. I had my bad stolen from the train/station in Rome. The driver who picked us up in Naples went above and beyond helping me to find the police station in Naples station to file a report and patiently help me to file the report, translating as needed. After we checked into our hotel in Sorrento the police in Rome rang the hotel, as they had recovered my bag. I was able to identify it and they held it at the station. The driver who then picked us up at the Rome train station for transfer to the port for our cruise, helped me to locate the police office in the station to pick up the recovered bag. I don't think I would have had success had the driver not been with me to translate. I cannot tell you how much the patience, kindness and professionalism is appreciated. Being able to board our cruise with all of my jewelry and personal documents recovered was a relief I cannot explain. It made our journey so much more enjoyable. Shore Excursion to Rome from Civitavecchia port, Epic ship. Our driver Nicola promptly picked us up from the port. He helped us plan our day as we wanted to see as much of Rome as we could. We've visited the Pantheon, Spanish steps (unfortunately they were closed for renovations), Trevi fountain. The skip the line tickets worked perfectly for the Colosseum and Sistine chapel/Vatican. Nicola spoke real fluent English and was very knowledgeable about the sites and gave us detailed history about how the various locations. Very respectful and polite. I would highly recommend this company to other travelers. The minivan was a new Mercedes of course air conditioned. Being in August the temperature were very high 80's/low 90's. Nicola, made our trip a memorable one and I recommend you ask for him as your driver. Definitely give the company an A+ read more

Golf Cart Tour, IterItaly - Must do! What a great way to see Rome! The golf buggy picked us up from our hotel at 10am. Our guide/driver, Maximus, greeted us enthusiastically and in a smart suit, on a hot August day! We had visited a few of the typical Rome attractions, so Maximus took us to the attractions we hadn't seen. What a morning! We were driven through the cobbles streets, stopped (and could spend time) at the Vatican, Pantheon, local Market, Spanish Steps and further outside the City to an amazing view of the whole city. Our tour ended at 1pm so we asked to be dropped off at the Trevi Fountain for lunch. Nothing was too much trouble. Me, my husband and 13 year old daughter had the best morning, got some great photos and great memories. It was the highlight of our trip, a must do... when in Rome! read more

I've given iteritaly 5 stars because we used their private taxi service from the airport to the hotel in Rome, then to the port to pick up a RCI cruise, back to Rome City Centre where we also booked a Golf Cart Tour with iteritaly as we were too early for our flight, then to the airport afterwards. I booked it all on line which is very easy and they are brilliant at communication. They were on time to pick us up on all occasions and the cars are lovely and clean with very professional drivers. We loved the Golf Cart Tour it's the best tour to see the sites as the streets are very narrow and we were travelling with our elderly parents so it would have been difficult to find things to do to fill in the time. I definitely recommend them and I will be using them in the future. read more

We were really impressed by the service we received. The driver was punctual, professionally dressed, friendly and the car was immaculate and comfortable. We were met inside the Naples Train station and driven to Pompeii where the driver waited for us to do our touring and then took us to a lunch spot in Naples before returning us to the train station. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them. We had to change our lunch plans and find another restaurant which was GF and there was no complaints by our driver. He even offered to call ahead for us to speak with them in Italian to ensure they had choices for our son and that they were open as we were a bit early! Thank you!!!! read more

We had limited time in Rome and did a golf cart tour with Andrea. He was completely amazing! We told him the places we'd like to visit and talked over the kind of itinerary we'd like to have. He took us on a tour of the city that covered all that we asked for and more than we could have ever imagined! The very best, most personalized tour of Rome ever at an extremely reasonable price. Andrea took pictures for us when we needed it, was willing to stop for us to fill up our water bottle at fountains, and was always happy to pull over for a quick photo opportunity. We flew in to Davinci airport and our driver had my name ready for me to see. He created us warmly and led us to our black mercedes van. My family then spent then next several hours with Oleg our driver as he efficiently toured us through Rome to see all the major sights and to grab some Gelato, some pizza and some cappuccino. He got us out of Rome at the exact time to get to the cruise ship we were about to Embark on. a week later a different driver was waiting for us at the time we asked and whisked us back to the airport to catch our fight home. We all felt safe, and it made our overly tight schedule work perfectly. read more

We highly recommend this tour which gives you a great overview of Rome. Valentina was our guide and she was fabulous. She took us to the main sights and gave us a great summary of the history. We also visited several areas most tourists don't get to see. Having the golf cart made it easy to travel the narrow streets, get very close to the landmarks and cover territory in three hours it would've taken days to cover on foot. We also got to spend some time at the historic sites such as the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Great way to start your visit to Rome and then go back to sites you want to see more in depth. read more

We experienced Positano (one of our most favorite cities), Sorrento (new to us and beautiful) and had some pizza at Pizza di Metre in Vico Equense before heading to Pompeii.
