This was also after he was 40 mins late to the house showing. Literally the next day, he flip flops his story and says that another group was chosen for the house. It is very much a scam, as we paid a total of $105 in application fees. Why would you take it upon yourself to call someone, tell them they are the priority, when you've already actually chosen someone else? We would very much just like a refund, for being mislead by a bad realtor.

He was very responsive and made renting our property super easy, especially since we live so far away. My experience with Pyramid Properties LLC at their West Valley townhome location was a complete nightmare from start to finish. 26 Days Without A/C in 100°+ Heat: We moved in on June 14, 2026, and the A/C went out immediately. Despite countless phone calls, emails, and texts to Rebeca, Zach, and Eddie, we were met with nothing but false hopes and lies. It wasn't until July 9--26 days later--that a new unit was finally installed. Even after that, the system never worked right and only cooled half the house, which management deemed "satisfactory." Empty Promises & Missing Amenities: Upon move-in, we were promised pool and fitness center keys that never materialized. We sent Eddie (the director) a detailed list of other necessary repairs on July 7, along with another request for the pool keys. He responded that they would "get right on it." None of the maintenance items were ever fixed or attempted, and you guessed it--we never got the pool keys. Outrageous & Illegal Charges: We finally moved out on July 31, but the nightmare didn't end there. They slapped an illegal balance due of over $23,000 on my account. The entire place is run like a joke by a bunch of amateurs. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. Rina has been my on-site property manager and handywoman for over 3 years now, plus she manages the housekeeper. I consider her my partner, and I know she is critical to my successful rental business. I truly couldn't do it without her. Rina is completely reliable, an excellent communicator, and fairly priced. She ensures my condo is always immaculately clean and ready for incoming guests, plus she's available to them 24/7, so if any problem does happen during their stay, she comes over and takes care of it immediately. This gives me great peace of mind. She's also happy to answer questions and give recommendations. All my guests love her! In addition, she does weekly interior and exterior inspections to find and fix anything that needs it before it becomes a bigger issue. She also does seasonal clean-ups as well as Costco runs for household supplies and new towels and sheets when needed. She has completed countless handywoman jobs for me over the years, including fixing items that are broken as well as making upgrades to my condo (for example, she installed new toilets, new fans, and a Nest thermostat, hung TVs on the walls, dealt with Comcast issues, repaired and installed faucets and showerheads, got rid of wasp nests under the deck, and so much more).
