We also like to donate here, and I've only had one problem with that when one of the ladies said she would need to check our brand new lights we were donating to see if they work. Really? They're free..we're donating them and they're brand new -anyways other than that all the staff has always been nice. Wish they wouldn't have had to close their restrooms down so that valued shoppers would be able to have them at their access. I guess there was problems with people not respecting them or stealing. I'm not sure.

We walked in and immediately spotted the perfect table--an older piece, but solid and a near-perfect match for her coffee table. The store wasn't nearly as crowded as I expected, which made the whole experience even better. She browsed a bit, but we stayed locked in on the mission. The table was only $40, which felt like a steal. The young man who brought it out and helped load it was genuinely pleasant and super helpful--shoutout to great customer service actually being a thing. Once we got it home and set the TV up, it was clear we nailed it. Fits perfectly, looks great, and didn't break the bank. Can't ask for more than that.

It is not listed on the list of things that they do not accept. The two young men that came out to unload my car were so rude! Neither one of them said a word to me except that they wouldn't take the Christmas stuff. One of them even bumped into me and said nothing! Consigners BEWARE!!!!…read more This shop not only keeps all your unsold items, they take the tax deduction for the supposed "donation" of your consigned items to an unnamed charity. This business requires a contract stating unsold items will be donated to charity, however does not specifically state Barbara's (not you as the item's owner) is the recipients of the tax deduction. Do not waste your time here, simply donate your items to a charity of your choice.

On 10/3/20, I brought in more items and was advised I didn't have $ on my account, but I didn't see any of my items, from my previous visit, displayed in the store. I returned later to pick up an item, from my second trip, that was rejected. At that time, I asked for an inventory list and it showed I had only donated SIX items on 9/1!! I later called the store and Barbara returned my call and relayed the same info....that I had only consigned 6 items on 9/1. Despite pointing out to her, a particular item that I knew I had brought in, she just said she wasn't sure what happened and that the list was correct. Soooo frustrating. I will NEVER consign with them again!! I don't recommend that anyone consign with them!!!! If you do, I'd advise compiling your own list at the time you consign and possibly taking pictures.
