Although their threading technique yields amazing results I am floored by the lack of honoring their hours. Twice now I have arrived within the posted open business hours and the doors are locked and they have closed. Today, I stopped in at 12:30 but they had a bit of a wait so I said, "Oh you're open until 4? I'll be back". I am now standing outside the door at 3:22pm and the doors are locked with no one here. SOOO disappointing. Hours need to be updated if you intend not to be present. read more

Standing outside for 15 minutes waiting when I was told they open at 11am Saturday when I called the day before was sure a blessing in DISGUISE! I got my eyebrows threaded. I have multiple cuts on both eyelids from the thread. She put alcohol on them post threading and they burn and sting really bad. She never apologized, just gave me my money back like I asked. read more

Mona did a great job threading my brows! I was a little nervous, since I had never tried this salon before--I've definitely had experiences where I came out of a new boutique with chunks of hair inexplicably missing from my face. But not here. Price: Eyebrow Boutique is super inexpensive--under $10 for either threading or waxing. At the end of the appointment, I received a punch card, where if you visit 10 times, your 11th is free. Wait: When my sister and I walked in at lunchtime, there was no wait, and we were seen right away. There were two women waiting by the time we were done, but each of us was done in under 10 minutes. Quality: Mona was a pro. She worked remarkably quickly, but still did a thorough, good job. My brows finally have shape again! If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely go see Mona. read more

I have been here once before and they did a nice job on my eyebrows. I came in today to get my eyebrows done. When I walked in there was no one at the front desk area, but there were a couple customers sitting and waiting. I decided to have a seat and wait as well. However, after about ten minutes there were STILL no workers in sight. None. I decided to leave and will be taking my business elsewhere. They do a great job! The threading is precise and the establishment is clean and organized. Very open I do not feel closed in or uncomfortable. This is a plus for me. You are not sitting on top of one another while you wait. It is a 1st come first serve basis. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes which I greatly appreciate. Plenty of parking. I have waited over 49 minutes at Seva so getting in and out under 15 is awesome. A bit hard to see from the street in my opinion I nearly blew past it the first time. Glad I took my time and tried then out. Use the same technician each time so not sure how the others are in their work. read more

I went ahead and got a facial here as she did my facial, her cell phone kept going off and she seemed very irritated with whoever kept calling but answered it every single time. She said there would be extraction of black head but no, she did not extract any. She put a black peel off mask, after a few minutes she started trying to peel it off even though it was still wet she said she was gonna start peeling anyway. She kept leaving the room which was about the only relaxing part. It took an extra 30 minuets from the original time but not in a good way. Overall I was not at all satisfied with her service or lack of professionalism. read more

The quality of the work was very impressive. My daughter had her eyebrows shaped and threaded for the first time and we were both very pleased at how they came out. The only reason I don't give it a five star rating is for the very loud foreign music that played the whole time we were in there. Terrible terrible place. Ruined my eyebrows completely. All I wanted was a clean up.. they look like pencil lines because of how thin she made them. I always had thick eyebrows and she thought she could even them out properly. LOL. I literally cried in my car thinking how someone could work somewhere like this and do that bad of a job... worst experience of my life and thanks to her I have to wait months for my hairs to grow. Thanks for the refund but you should be giving me it everyday until they grow back. Will never show my face until someone who can actually do eyebrows work there. UPDATED: I have never returned to this terrible boutique. My friend however did, I warned her not to go because they will thread them so tiny and not even let you know what she's doing. My friend has always had luscious eyebrows but not after this appointment. The lady accidentally pulled some hair from her RIGHT eyebrow while working on the LEFT, Instead of asking what to do from HER OWN mistake she just thinned them both out without even asking what she wanted to do with her own eyebrows. She thinned them out (trying to correct her mistake) and MADE IT WORSE. She didn't even ACKNOWLEDGE the mistake she let her walk out there paying full price with a tip just hoping she wouldn't notice her hideous eyebrows....OH SHE NOTICED. Now she has to color them in so they look somewhat even. Next time ASK the costumer Instead of taking manners into your own hands cause clearly you shouldn't. Again. Never. Going. Back. Im not usually one to write reviews, but this woman deserves all the praise. Ive been growing my eyebrows out for about a month and a half, in the hopes of being able to get them threaded to a better shape. One of my best friends reccomended Eyebrow Boutique to me- so today i headed over. Ive never had my eyebrows threaded before so i was a bit anxious after reading about how painful it could be. My wait time was super short, even tho she was the only one in there (and according to her, she usually is the only one in there) after i sat down and told her it was my first time, she asked what i wanted to do. I explained my situation and told her i just wanted her to shape them as best as she could and what she thinks would look good. She showed me how to stretch my skin and after she started i was shocked at how LITTLE pain i was in. She then explained that a lot of places dont have the client stretch the skin properly which causes a lot of pain. She explained to me everything she was doing while she was doing it or before and was very fast. My eyebrows have NEVER looked this good. She gave me an amazing shape, i have never been happier with my eyebrows. I could not reccomend this place more. read more

My mom and I decided to go in and get our eyebrows threaded to treat ourselves. She had been there before and her brows looked great last time. I had wonderful full brows and just wanted them cleaned up a bit and now my brows are thin, and uneven. One brow is significantly higher than each other now and I have to draw them on with a pencil which I didn't have to do before. And my moms brows there's hairs that were missed around the edges but she also had a lot of hairs taken off of her tail. And her brows were tinted a lot darker than what she asked for. The lady was also very clearly in a rush and didn't great us as we walked in. My eyebrows were so thin I started crying in the car. I will not be going back. read more

The girl that threaded my eyebrows did a fantastic job. It was my first experience and I was very happy. I've been self conscious about my eyebrows for years after over tweezing in my teens, and she gave me a shape back and helped educate me on how to care for them. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I'd like to see a little more decor inside and the poor condition of the floor worried me at first. 5 stars for service though! I went in just needing my eyebrows to be slightly thinned but mostly just shaped up. I left with my left eyebrow being SIGNIFICANTLY shorter than the right!!! It looks horrible. I'll never go back here. And now I'm left trying to fill in my uneven brows and hoping my left one that she butchered grows back. read more
