I want the best for my puppies, so I asked so many different people where and how they trained their dogs. I received a few suggestions, but decided to do my own search...and I'm glad I did. Leo (Owner) and his amazing team of trainers TRULY care about the pups they train. Leo came to my home and wanted to meet me and my pups before I had to decide on making any decisions. After sitting down with him for about half an hour, I knew I found what I was looking for: Someone who wants me to have healthy and happy dogs. I signed up for the in-home training at first which is Leo coming to the house and training me on how to train my puppies (Archie and Charlie just turned 6 months and started with Leo and his team when they were 4.5). Very quickly, I realized I could not handle training both these puppies the way they needed to be trained. I discussed with Leo and decided to do a Board & Train. I like the schedule because I get to take the puppies on the weekends to spend time with me. Don't get me wrong, you NEED to train your pups on the weekends, but it's worth it and FUN. Archie has become the Puppy King (no offense to other puppies or their owners )). Charlie has a lot more energy, but has improved immensely! Leo's trainers are so caring. I feel my dogs get love with their training when they're not with me, and I couldn't ask for more. I see their excitement whenever I visit about improvements and milestones that Archie and Charlie achieved. They gleam with as much pride as I do. I honestly don't know where my pups OR I would be without the help of this AMAZING Team! If I could give 10 stars out of 5 stars, I would!

Apparently their business is in 3 different countries so you'll still be able to continue the training if you move someplace else. Stephanie is a wonderful trainer with Bark Buster. During our initial meeting, she explained my dogs' behaviors clearly and how I could address them better so they understand. I wasn't expecting such fast results, but my walk with them the next morning was unbelievable. For context, I have a 3 y/o M Doberman/Husky (neutered) with attention seeking & hyperactive issues. He's aggressive with other dogs & people on walks, and pulls hard on the leash. My other dog is a 2 y/o M Malitpoo (neutered) who barks at everything inside & outside the house. For the first time ever, using the tools & tips from Stephanie, my D/H was looking at me & walking by my side the entire time. We came up on 3 individuals with big dogs on separate occasions , but my dogs actually listened to me to sit and they just stared at me as the dogs passed them. although they saw the other dogs, they remained calm (no tensed bodies & pointy hair) and didn't bark. My D/H is still learning, but from that walk I knew I chose the right trainer for my dog. Can't wait to see how much more my dogs improve so they can truly enjoy their life to the fullest.

I mean it - we saw a tiny change after the first day alone, then after a full week of consistent training, he was less reactive on the leash, less barky, and just seemed generally more relaxed/less afraid. Our older dog has even shaped up, too! Steph has made our lives so much easier, and we're all calmer for it!! 10/10

I enrolled my dog Jack in the Beginner's class at J9s K9s after researching all the local training options. I called to learn more and was impressed by Janine's professionalism. She is a wealth of knowledge. The group class settings were actually a good fit for my dog who was exhibiting over-excitement when he saw other dogs and squirrels. He would jump around on his hind legs and make panting sounds. It helped Jack practice obedience while there were other distractions, namely other dogs nearby in the class. They have these handy dividers with curtains to help control some of the over-stimulated dogs and the trainers typically have an assistant to help out too. They are good about giving them peanut butter/cheese bones to distract them and will redirect owners/dogs when needed etc. We enjoyed the class and learned quite a bit. The "power recall" and "leave it" were great take-aways. At the end of every class, we got a summary and homework sheet, which was great. Janine always returned my phone calls whenever I was concerned about my dog Jack's issues and gave great training suggestions. I think they offer lifetime phone consultations. Although Jack still has other issues, he is better, but only through diligent leadership and work with him. He is great around other dogs now. I recommend the group classes if you have a fairly well-balanced dog, but are looking for games and obedience commands!

I've been training my 8 yr old precocious border collie mix at J9's for over 3 years since we rescued him. Although my dog is not perfect, he's now a very manageable companion that we can take virtually anywhere. He walks well on leash and generally pays attention to us rather than other dogs or people. As a bonus, we have made wonderful friends at J9'sK9s and enjoy being in the company of others who are equally devoted to their dogs and have fun doing so.

We had tried what felt like everything and his separation anxiety was so bad that it got to the point that my partner and I basically gave up our social lives, had to coordinate with one another one of us would be going to the market or if it would be a trip where we both can go but someone sits in the car with our dog. We met the team at K9 Logic Dog Training and they assessed our dog and determined what kind of training program would be best for him to address his separation anxiety and the other skills we wanted to work on. Within a week we noticed progress. We finally were able to leave the house for an hour and go to the market together. Week by week the time has gradually gotten longer where we have been able to leave him alone for longer periods of time to reclaim our social life back. I was skeptical at first, but after that first week I became a believer. We are so happy with the results that for the purpose of just giving him structure and routine we signed him up for more classes and he LOVES being at school. We've also participated in the weekend group training sessions and they are so helpful to not only give our dog routine, but it's a great way to reinforce structure and keep him sharp with everything he learned at school. Signing up for training with K9 Logic Dog Training was the best decision we could made for our dog to set him up for success.

Our dog, Comet, struggled with leash reactivity after a bad encounter, and walks had become really stressful. This program made a huge difference! Comet spent one full day a week at the facility, and we worked on reinforcing everything at home in between sessions. We worked with Shea, who was amazing, knowledgeable, supportive, and great at explaining how to handle Comet's reactivity. The 30-minute sessions at pickup were especially helpful and really built our confidence. The pricing felt very reasonable for the value, and we also love the community they've created. Comet has made major progress, and we're excited to keep building on everything she's learned!

However, I've had consistent issues with scheduling and communication. Appointments have started late, and I've had to follow up multiple times just to book sessions. While I understood being charged for a missed appointment, I've also had to remind staff about payments and encountered difficulty getting responses--most recently calling twice without securing a booking. The training itself is strong, but the administrative side needs improvement, as it impacts the overall experience and business I hope this feedback reaches the trainer directly. Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns. Due to these multiple issues, I will be finding a new Trainer. My dog will be very sad. She very much loves her Trainer.

One month passed and I went to go pick up my dog and did the final two training sessions, and now I'm wondering why I have not done this with all of my dogs, as I have three dogs (now only one is properly trained) it was definitely worth it and I am amazed with how well-behaved my dog is and so many commands that she knows, it's incredible!! I cried tears of joy getting her back and seeing her improvement. I know I have a good dog for life now, and I can grow from this training and keep training her. I have changed as a dog owner! The other amazing thing she was there over the holidays, and they sent me the cutest Thanksgiving and Christmas photos of her all dressed up, and they also sent me videos of her being very well-behaved in public and doing commands. Now I show everyone these videos, telling them how wonderful my dog is, when a couple months ago, quite frankly, she scared me. Highly recommend!!
