They are so…read morekind on the phone setting up the appointment, and I loved that I got introduced to my dog's groomer when I arrived--it added such a nice, personal touch. They told me the grooming would take 2-3 hours, but I got a text in under 2 hours saying my dog was ready. Most places keep her for 6 hours, so this was such a nice surprise! The flat rate for the full grooming package is a fantastic value, and they even gave her a cute Thanksgiving bandana at no extra charge--most places charge for that! My dog was so happy and clearly felt great after her grooming. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Puppy Love Pet Spa!
