I had an excellent experience with ITS Remodeling and Issac the owner. I read reviews on Yelp for several months before I decided to contact ITS. I wanted to have my two bathrooms completely redone. However, I needed a lot of help to decide on my options. ITS Remodeling And Construction had an extensive set of photos on their site and had the type of modern look that I wanted. I talked to Issac, the owner, and we set up an appointment very soon after. He brought along his laptop and we spent about an hour going through his gallery of jobs that ITS Remodeling And Construction had completed. He and I sketched out a plan on the spot. He was able to give me a detailed estimate and the milestones before he left. At a later time, he and I made an appointment together to pick out tile and plumbing fixtures. Both of the places that we went to had massive showrooms for me to see all of the options. One thing that I liked: ITS Remodeling And Construction only does a handful of jobs at a time and I think they have a relatively small, dedicated crew compared to other, larger contracting companies. I had scheduled my remodel many months in advance, but ITS started the exact day that we decided and ended on the exact day that we specified. Issac, the owner, has a notable skill, which is that he is a meticulous planner. At least for my two bathrooms, he had things planned down to the morning and afternoon. He anticipated the next steps and contacted me whenever there was something that I needed to do; in each instance, it was well in advance so that I had time so that I could make decisions. Every other morning or so, I got an update from ITS Remodeling administrative assistant Michelle to get an update on what the guys were going to do each day. They showed up each day between 8 and 8:30 and cleaned up after they left at around 5PM or so. One night, the guy who was laying tile stayed late to keep to the schedule. I think the price of my remodel may have been higher than some competing contractors but I was willing to pay a premium for the level of attention that my place got and for everything going to plan. Those ITS Remodeling people are sooo unprofessional, it frightens me to think about the quality of their work; and customer service if I hired them! My experience with them was from one of their very unprofessional, kind of sleazy canvassers. The guy that caught me while I was leaving for work has my first name, Robert. This guy was very inconsiderate, since I was leaving to work in the SFValley, so I had a long drive ahead of me from L.A. I told him to come back another time, or call and I might have a project possibly, but had no time to discuss at the time. I gave him my ph.# as I left but he was so insistent to get some kind of appt out of me that he said someone would call me for a verification and to tell them about a project I wanted. I found this very unprofessional, trying to force some kind of an appt out of me in a rushed manor; and he was very upset at someone over the phone when he called into his office. As I left, he was definitely arguing with whomever it was. He obviously wanted some kind of credit for any kind of appt. he could set, I guess. If all the canvassers for this company are this unprofessional, they do not have the proper training or supervision. And whoever is hiring and supervising them in their office and out in the field is doing a very poor job. This Robert person was a poor representation of their company and should be fired, along with whomever hired, trained and supervises him; and any other canvassers who act as inconsiderate and unprofessional as him. I could never do business with ITS Remodeling and Construction. Their field representatives apparently have no supervision and don't understand proper etiquette when approaching a homeowner for possible business. It just makes me think that, internally, the company must have extremely poor and unprofessional managers and owners, etc., just out to aggressively make a buck; and have no real knowledge or care about proper business practices. They don't care how potential customers feel. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT IF YOU SEE AN ITS REMODELING AND CONSTRUCTION CANVASSER IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD, DO NOT OPEN YOUR DOOR! But, based on my experience with that untrustworthy Robert individual, THEY WILL CREATE A LEAD OUT OF NOTHING ANYWAY, JUST TO GET PAID OR WHATEVER!! read more

Miguel has done outstanding work for us and I have been a customer for almost five years. First, he is a contractor who always shows up when he says he will. Second, the work is done carefully and honestly. We have used them for a lot of work, which reflects the kind of service they have provided to us. The work includes subtantial landscaping (including retaining walls, flagstone, lighting), remodeling, painting, electrical and plumbing, including a full kitchen renovation with custom ceiling coffers, that looks spectacular. They have done painting inside and outside for us, replaced the siding on the house with Hardee, replaced the deck with composite materials, built a loft in the garage, put up a shed, replaced bannisters, sheet-rocked and finished part of the basement, and ran in-wall wires for speakers. So, we have a great deal of experience with the contractor and his team (including Hugo who is an especially talented and meticulous carpenter). Very happy with all of their work for us. His prices are fair and, notably, he hasn't hesitated to come back at no charge to fix things that he did, from time to time, when something needed a return visit. In addition, I have found that his advice on how to do a project and has been spot on and I trust him to give me sound advice. read more

I am extremely happy with its remodeling, from start to end. We had a couple of estimates from different companies and they gave us a very decent quote. Leon was our go to person who came and did the estimate, at first meet I just felt like we could trust him and the company, no hidden fees and reviews online have been really great. its remodeling sent me samples and we finalized everything right after seeing them. Also Leon was easy to work with, I can just text him if I have any questions. I met Fabio the project manager during the pre site inspection and he was there on the first day and last day to check and make sure we are happy with the results. They finished the job in 2 and a half days, they came early and cleaned up after everyday. They even added 5 drains with no extra charge! Fabio and his team are the best. Our family are extremely happy and satisfied. Worth every buck! We will definitely recommend. Our neighbors even came and wanted to get a quote on the spot with its remodeling lol. I chose MIKE with ITS remodeling after meeting with a few companies because he was was straight forward in explaining costs and ideas rather than giving us the run around. The moment we finished talking to Mike knew I was in the right place and working with the right person. Mike listened carefully to my thoughts and ideas. I showed him pictures of the kitchens that I liked and described my needs (with small children, I needed durable materials). The design they had come up with was spot on. Throughout our remodel, Mike was always available, returned phone calls and was organized and always made sure we were on the same page. he handled any inevitable issues calmly, provided great solutions and always wanted to make sure that we where satisfied. Its Remodeling and Sharon are outstanding. I applied to receive a free estimate on yelp and got a phone call from Franky the customer service representative over the phone. He was very professional and took all the information about my project. I emailed him all the pictures and measurements and waited for the day of my appointment. Sharon the project manager came and help me with all my needs and he assured me that his guys will do a perfect job. Abel and his crew came three days after and helped us fix all of our needs. We hired ITS REMODELING AND Construction for a Kitchen and Bath Remodel of our home in the Excelsior. AVI .B was our project manager His workers ALL professional from the demolition crew to the framing, tile work, plumber, electrical, kitchen cabinetry and painter. He worked with us on the costs, the duration, and splitting the project into two phases as new home-owners he helped on a lot of small issues like getting a door stripped to re-use, and working with us on specialty fixtures. He was prompt, cordial, and informed about the work and effort required. I am already an existing customer. I did one project before with its remodeling and called now in the rain season to get an estimate for roof repair and replacing rain gutters. July answered the phone and transferred me to the production department to set up a schedule with the roofer to come inspect the roof. Asaf came to my house and gave me a solution for my repair and saved me allot of money with the repairs he offered. Also they have finance plan which you don't have to come up with money out of pocket. Now my roof is good and I don't need to replace my entire roof for the next few years. ITS Remodeling & Construction is the worst roofing company in Los Angeles. Not only are they overpriced but their work is of the poorest quality. I spent almost $40,000 on a new roof about 4 years ago, and the roof has leaked every time it rains for the last 4 years. I call them to come out every rainy season, and they do a mickey mouse repair to temporarily fix the leak, but still they have not stopped my $40,000 roof from leaking. I would never recommend them to anyone who is in need of a new roof. a 1 star rating is being too generous, my real rating would be a negative (-100)! read more

I really appreciate what Isaac and the crew did for me. I had a very bad experience with a company which I hired by mistake. A friend of mine who did work with ITS recommended me to go and call them. After the other company left the bathroom not completed Isaac the owner came and made me very calm and comfortable. The workers are amazing and the way they work, time framing and communication were on the spot. I knew I was in good hands from the initial estimate, I was educated on the symmetry of a kitchen and how to make the space more functional. I think they are the best in the business and one of the rare pavers contractors to offer the discounted pavers and be the upfront on cost, etc. They have the best contractor website to code samples and ideas. Overall their pricing is superior to others I've used in the past. Website should contain more information on sealing options to protect from oil leaks. Sammy is the best. Yelp is Awesome!!! Turns out I don't need a new roof for about 5 years!!!!! Slap a little tar here and there and keep an eye on the ridge caps which are recommended to be replaced - but then they would have to be redone in 5 years as well... Loved Leon and Kurt honesty. Than asaf came and took the time to explain us about the condition of our roof, price, materials, etc. We felt so comfortable with the crew and the work.
