She even showed me how they tie the sashes onto the chair in two different ways (bow & fold over). From this point I could not wait to see what they could do! For my wedding they did a few different linen services. They did the pipe and drape for my bridal backdrop to "hide" the TVs that we're mounted at Kapolei Golf Club. They also did the sweetheart and cake table linens in my color scheme but with different textured linens which was fun! Finally, they did my chair sashes which I was extra excited for because I asked them to add on these swirly embellishments! I did not get to talk to or meet with anyone after meeting with Jazz, but they were also responsive by email & everything turned out beautifully. We can't thank Jazz and crew enough. When we first started searching for linen and decor for our wedding, we weren't sure where to start. We went through many vendors that were way overpriced and few who were reasonable. We went to the Wedding Cafe Workshop, whom introduced us to decor specialists on the island. At first we were leaning towards Les Saison, but their pricing was beyond reasonable. Then Eliana Events which offered reasonable rates but was to slow to respond back, and planning a wedding, time is of the essence. Then we we found It's So Pretty Linen whom we searched through the power of Google. Little did we know, they also did my cousin's wedding months back. Jazz was quick to respond, and met up with us a few days after our inquiry. She was amazing, showing us the different types of linens, colors, embellishments and so forth. During the planning process, we went through 7 price quotes because of our guest count and pinterest ideas. Jazz was awesome and was able to respond quickly and efficiently... all communication was done through email, and if she didn't, she would text or call when she was able to. We were able to dress up our sweetheart table, headtable, add runners to our guestables, use chair covers and pipe/ draping which was competitively priced. She also discounted our pipe/ draping and added in a few things as well... which we were so thankful for. When the day finally approached, we weren't able to see the decor until our grand entrance. When my hubby and I did our entrance, I was beyond speechless to the point where I forgot our dance routine completely. We are beyond grateful for Jazz and her team. The decor looked flawless and paired amazingly with the uplighting. Many thought our wedding looked exceedingly expensive (well it kinda was now that I think about it) but with the right vendors, if they only knew. Jazz and her team did wonderful decor and linens for our wedding. We met months in advance to view the different colors and fabrics they had. Weeks before our wedding we changed our request and they were able to accept our adjustments and re-quote us immediately. Unfortunately for my fiance and I, It's So Pretty Linens and Decor were not available for our wedding date. However, not only were they quick to respond to our initial request, they were so helpful! I'm used to and expect vendors saying sorry we're not available and leave it at that, which is totally fair. Instead, ISPL&D gave me a full list of other linen vendors who could probably assist me. From there, THEY went out of their way and contacted the other vendors themselves to let me know who wasn't available. They didn't get our business due to lack of availability, and yet they take time out of their day to help and assist us anyway. I'm now really sad they aren't available for our day because I would have LOVED to work with such an amazing team who clearly puts their customers and love first. When deciding on if we even wanted specialty linens at our wedding my husband and I started to shop around. He initially told me not to get the specialty linens as to save money for other things. But of course I was that bride who had a vision and I was determined to make it come true! Haha We came across It's So Pretty on yelp and i had inquired about what it would cost. I went back and forth via email with Jazz and she mentioned we should set up a meeting that way we could go over the different types of Linen options we had! And I am so glad we did! Throughout our entire engagement things and ideas changed and so did our idea of the linens. At the end we decided on specialty Linens for our sweetheart and cake table (mini white sequins), pipe and drape in the back of our sweetheart table, table covers and burgundy sashes for all of our guest chairs, and burgundy floor length table cloth for our "VIP" (parent tables). Our coordinator referred us to It's So Pretty Linens and Decor when we were discuss vendors and I soon came to realization that this was the one linen vendor that I was looking into since we started planning our wedding! Getting in touch with Jazz for a consultation was a breeze, a simple email did the job and we met with her for our consultation. To our surprise, she brought a whole bunch of samples of shades in our wedding colors, so we could get just the perfect shade. We went over different styles of draping, different linens, etc. and she had an ipad to show the examples. Jazz was very patient with us, because I had to spend so much trying to explain everything to my clueless other half. Glad she could get a laugh from how we are, lol! We went over numbers, and everything was right in our budget! Although we were very indecisive about what we wanted, she reassured that we could change anything up until two weeks from our wedding date, so she could have enough time prepping everything for the day of. Our wedding day came, and we were in simple awe at how everything turned out. Jazz and her team made our dreams become reality, because it was exactly what we wanted! Jazz was referred by the DJ of whom our wedding planner works with. After countless of emails, we finally have a face to put with our messages. Our linen vendor is a soft-spoken individual, yet patient. We had so many questions as linen decor was not something that we are familiar with. We've always thought that the reception venue would provide that detail, but I guess we were wrong. We found that having contrasting linen & decor adds a little elegance to a room. From chair covers, to table covers, to overlays, to runners, to napkins; so many details!
