This is long over due. We celebrated our wedding 28 June and we couldn't do it without Clint and his team at pro Complex! Thank you guys so very much for making our day so spectacular! Prior to our wedding I contacted Clint and he made everything so easy. Very professional and clear communication that he gives. Payment is so easy as well it's only a click away. Clint worked with us to comfortably seating 70 people in a small setting. He suggested what he could do to seat our family. While on the phone he asked if he could stake his tent in the yard so it won't blow away, and we said absolutely. If we need to adjust our order before our day we could, no pressure. Clint and his team came out the day before to set up and they knocked it out! We don't have to do anything including disinfectant the tables and chairs. Clint didn't pressure us in finishing at a certain time. If you are looking for a professional company to make any occasion special please don't hesitate to call Clint and his team! Btw. First off, the professionalism is off the charts. When I was searching for rental of tents, chairs and tables, they text me asap on their availability. Clint was so professional in meeting me for the deposit. I made sure to confirm the delivery and pick times. He got back to me asap and we were ready to go. The time for set up was on time and ready to set up. The mom, brother was there. They even dress up the part as in the photos you see on this page. It was a family company and I would highly recommend this company again. The set up was quick and they had no problems. They came back at the time they said and was very appreciated for that. I was ready for them to collect all the items that was rented. Overall the experience was non stressful and the process from start to finish was easy. Clint and team were professional, on time, accommodating and affordable (fair pricing without ridiculous delivery fees). We rented 6 and 8 foot tables and padded chairs, and all were clean and solid. I also was appreciative upon delivery, even though drop off was curbside, they took the extra effort and brought the items to the backyard where we would be setting them up, which helped reduce the stress on an already busy morning. Outstanding company! I needed tents, tables, chairs, and coolers for our 50th class reunion and we were on a budget. I contacted 5 companies and Clint was the first to respond, provided an immediate quote, and was so professional. We had to continually adjust the order as the event grew and Clint always responded within minutes. Other party rental companies require you to pay 1/2 prior to reserving and their prices are way too expensive! Clint the owner was very professional and they delivered on time and picked up the next day on time as well. Their chairs and tables were in good condition.
