Not too sweet, just rich enough, and the contrast between the delicate caramelized topping and smooth custard was exactly what a great crème brûlée should be. Paired with my last espresso martini, it was an incredibly satisfying way to finish the meal. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I'd love to see a few more vegetarian and pescatarian options on the menu.
