After experiencing some trauma, I went to go see Aubrey. I wanted to find holes in what she was saying in order to convince myself that certain things were not true, but it's hard to since everything else that I knew to be factual was so specific and accurate, down to locations. I recorded our sessions, and analyzed them again several times, so there wasn't selective memory going on. Aubrey does seem to have a gift, however, I did not think she acted responsibly. As a marriage and family therapist myself, it turned me off for her to compare her work to therapy. Other mediums I've been to have offered gentle suggestions. Aubrey was incredibly pushy and made me very uncomfortable.
