After experiencing some trauma, I went to go see Aubrey. I wanted to find holes in what she was saying in order to convince myself that certain things were not true, but it's hard to since everything else that I knew to be factual was so specific and accurate, down to locations. I recorded our sessions, and analyzed them again several times, so there wasn't selective memory going on. Aubrey does seem to have a gift, however, I did not think she acted responsibly. As a marriage and family therapist myself, it turned me off for her to compare her work to therapy.
