If you are looking for formal attire at a reasonable price, this is the place to go! The owner is extremely nice and makes you feel welcomed! We went in on a Saturday after being completely distraught, we couldn't find a dress! We had moved to the area from a different state less than a year ago, so we aren't familiar with places yet. I went into this store looking for a gown for my husband's Marine Corps Ball. I was in the store 5-10 minutes at max and only tried on 2 gowns before another customer came in. As I was trying on my 3rd gown, the owner began pestering me to get out of the gown I was wearing so that another customer could try it on. I was annoyed but asked that she give me a moment to change out of the gown. She said that another customer was waiting to try it on and asked that I please hand it to her. I felt that my business and money were not worthy to her and that she would rather have the business of this other woman. After being rushed to get out of the dress, I told the owner that I would be leaving and did not need to try any more dresses on. I explained to her that I had never received such awful service in all of my years of gown shopping. Will not be returning. And I was actually considering making the $284 purchase for the dress that I had on. read more

Second time shopping at Itz Fashion and let me say the service is consistent. I'm not personally a fan of dress shopping but the shop owner makes me look forward to it. Unlike most dress shops she wont let you walk out of there with something you dont love. Both times I've walked in there with a vague description of what I want and that's all she needs. She pulls dresses she feels will suit your body type and if she doesnt have what your looking for she will order it. Turn around time isnt bad either. The shop is super cute too categorized by color. The dressing rooms have some robes you can wear between trying on dresses. She doesnt hover over you but its just enough customer service if you need a diffrent size,style or just being zippered up she gots you. The dresses are good quality. I'm still in love with the dress I got last year for the Marine Corps ball. She has a good eye and I highly recommend her shop. You wont regret shopping here. read more

This was my first time having to go to something like a marine Corp ball. It's fashion made it some easy and stress free for me the manager was great and so helpful. She helped me find a dress that fit my body perfect and it was a beautiful dress at that. I would never forget her or her store because she made such a great impact on my life she made my first ball amazing.
