They charged me a staggering $800 just for a basic capacitor and the labor to install it. They claimed a universal fan motor would not fit my HVAC unit. They lied to me and said that my unit would only fit the expensive manufacturer model for $2,400. I called a second company for a backup opinion. They easily installed a universal fan motor with zero issues. The total cost for parts and labor was a fraction of what F. HRR quoted me.This company is dishonest and overpriced. Save your hard-earned money and call a different HVAC service instead.

I'm one of the lucky former customers who called to schedule a maintenance appointment for a water tank flush, left a message, and never heard from them. Perhaps it was because I mentioned the $49 promotion that they offer on their website, that they didn't bother returning the call. Two weeks later on a Saturday, I contacted The Plumbing Officials who responded within 10 minutes and offered to do the job that day but I scheduled the job for Monday. That's how service is supposed to work. It's appears that the new company is only looking for volume and their work isn't what it used to be. To get a better idea, check out the reviews for FH Furr on yelp, It ain't pretty. Fun fact: FH Furr doesn't allow you to opt out of receiving ALL emails from them. Sure, you can stop the marketing emails, but they force you to select from a list of the ones you want. There's no "Leave Me Alone" option, so if you are a previous customer, you will continue to be contacted.
