Our AC stopped working but we were not urgently needing an AC replacement yet until my husband reminded me in the winter about how we needed to look into an AC replacement. We love our realtor so we contacted these guys (sometime in December of 2019) to look into a replacement. The owner was fabulous and was able to work with us on what we needed to get done. AND because we were planning on replacing our AC during the winter, it was great to get the order and service done. In fact, they came to check out what we needed to get done and then order the part and replaced our AC within 1-2 weeks. They were great and easy to work with. We had the AC stop working this past summer one of the hottest days during the weekend and we got someone come out here pretty quickly to replace the part and work with us.
