Chris Fleming, the project manager, came back out and saw the mess and immediately requested that dispatch send another team out. Diego and Wilbur came today. Dispatch told me before they came that they are an A+ team. They were absolutely wonderful. They cleaned the bathroom until it was spotless. They had to tear out a bit more of the paneling in the basement and some more ceiling tiles and they cleaned and sanitized EVERYTHING in that basement. Previously my dryer wasn't drying clothes at all and I tried to clean the dryer vent myself with a long pole and brush. There was still a large amount of lint that was stuck apparently that I didn't know about. That was definitely a fire hazard and I'm so glad they came out and took pictures inside the vent. They take before and after pictures for you as well. They also did a video of before and after since I wasn't getting any airflow out of the vents before. I highly recommend them.

He was soft-spoken, VERY thorough in his inspection of the duct that ran under my house through the crawl space. Much to our surprise the duct never made it to the exterior wall, it ended a couple of feet from where it dropped thru the floor at the dyer..The job turned out to be much greater and involved than either one of us expected. Joe was able to quickly construct a hard duct work and install it. Working with detailed efficiency Joe solved a serious problem that I didn't even know I had.
