Office is a total scam!!!!! They say they accept your insurance to get u in. Once your in the office they mention they charge $100 for all new patients up front. No matter if your insurance is accepted. I called in spoke to Cassie gave her all my insurance information she said they accept it and I could come in and see the Dr. same day never mentioned the $100. I took the 50 minute drove to the office since Cassie had ran my insurance and said they accepted it. I go in she take my insurance card and ID to make copies and then mentions the $100 cover fee. I asked her what my co pay would be she said she would let me know once I got out from seeing the Dr. Once I came came out the Dr. Office. I went to the front desk and asked her about my co pay again and said she would get back to me by phone , she couldn't get that information. Which seem strange. Then followed up with how would you like to pay for the $100 cover fee. I payed the fee. I figured I'll be coming back since she did say that my insurance was accepted. It's now been 10 days haven't heard from Cassie. I call to ask about my co pay she now says they don't accept my insurance. Total scam!!!! I told Cassie I felt scammed with what was done . She then passes the phone to the owner of the business and starts yelling at me saying it's not her fault my insurance sucks. She said it multiple times. I then proceeded to let her know to just refund me for scamming me and I wasn't going to be putting up with her distasteful words. This was the owner that turned nasty real quick when I said I got scammed. Not a professional office at all. Very sketchy should have known, something was off the office was dead no patients. Dr Adam is Amazing! He is God-sent! Cassie the front desk manager is courteous and very accommodating! Twice she was able to get me in the same day for massage even though they usually require a day advanced notice. This family practice is run by husband and wife. Dr Lori is an absolute sweetheart and is very pretty as an added bonus!:) I walked in on Monday crying in pain due to forced coughing 14 days post-CoviD. The lingering cough wasn't going away and my rib cage has collapsed bc of the uncontrollable coughs; a few hours spent at Tier Wellness state of the art center and I felt 100x better. I got adjusted by Dr Adams healing hands, did infrared sauna, water-bed massage. oxygen bar, and a deep tissue Massage by their wonderful therapist, Elexi. My rib cage opened up right after, I was able to breath and the pain in my rib cage is almost gone. The coughs have reduced a lot but I went back again today for more and I'm feeling superb now. Noticed a Sleep support supplement and tried it with very good results! I was looking to lower the amount of Melatonin intake due to mood swings it can cause. Their product contains .25 mg. Among other things. It's super hard to find low dose melatonin and the sleep expert on Master Class ( can't recall his name at the moment) said most people take too much and to take a max of 1-3 mg. Cannot believe how well this works and the moodiness is gone too. So happy! read more

The services are all exceptional. I am a huge fan of TIER! OK so this is a long review because I have quite literally tried everything for the past few years and am just getting around to writing about it now! Dr. Adam has helped me literally walk again after major problems, and continues to be a life saver. Their office has helped my friends and family after serious injuries like car accidents, being hit by a car while walking, detoxing and more. The oxygen bar makes the experience feel like I'm on vacation. I always come and hang upside down on the inversion table before adjustments, and then do the vibration plate after which helped my fast twitch muscles get stronger and helped with lymphatic drainage. Then after really intense workouts I have done the cryotherapy which I was afraid of at first but then fell in love with (its especially helpful that you can jump in the sauna after to warm up after). I truly feel like its helped my athletic game and immunity ten-fold. The massage services are so relaxing with a lovely and kind masseuse, and even the hydrobed is a great alternative to a full on massage. I come out in a half-trance every time. Their medi-spa services are incredible too, their Dr. has the lightest touch for botox. Don't forget their personal saunas that you can plug your phone into for a little mini-jam session with yourself. Also, their line of products are unreal. I healed myself from a terrible flu with their "immunity" blend which cut my sickness time in half, and I usually suffer from 2 week long flus (this one lasted 3 days). I have also tried their probiotics and sleep blend which worked great and didn't upset my sleep cycle or stomach. Plus, they offer therapy for individuals and couples with Dr. Lori which rounds out the whole experience to being the most all-inclusive wellness clinic I've ever experienced in my entire life. I am so impressed with TIER's combination of services and delivery - It's a one stop shop to feel good inside and out. I love that TIER offers aesthetics (looking good helps us feel good) along side wellness/chiropractic to keep the insides healthy. My individual menu included some laser to the turkey neck - while its a several visit treatment - i have noticed improvement even with the first. I also had a bit of filler in the cheeks and under - eye crease. PA Monica Alvarez clearly knows what she is doing (I should know as I am a family physician also certified in aesthetics - but one can't really do such things for oneself ) She was gentle and had an eye to symmetry one does not always find. But the extra amazing part was that while I was numbing I enjoyed the use of the hydro massage table, got to sample the 02 bar AND had an adjustment by the very talented Dr Adam Sandahl that left me feeling totally amazing.
