I had to call IV Drips this morning because I woke up with the most severe migraine and nausea I have ever experienced in my life. As I wanted to avoid the ER, I prayed IV Drips had a nurse available in Suffolk County today. I was immediately contacted right back that a nurse would be to my home within two hours. I was so relieved when Glenn pulled in and immediately began setting up my IV, taking my vitals and double checking my medications and medical conditions. Glenn quickly put me at ease with his wonderful bedside manner and even discussed with me possible treatments I may want to consider given my history and how sick I was feeling. Glenn was so caring, knowledgeable and empathetic that I truly felt blessed he was who IV Drips sent to me. Glenn administered my IV in no time at all; he was constantly checking on me during the IV and had a wonderful personality to be around as we waited for the IV to finish; he brought a very positive energy and hearing his experience I trusted him completely. I had been interested in trying out one of these drip spas but I could never justify the cost. Since I am going on vacation later today and woke up yesterday completely dehydrated I said, "yup, this justifies the cost" and went on their website to book a drip. I was called under 5 minutes later by their dispatch and told their Brooklyn location was closed on Sundays but they could do the at-home concierge service for $50 more. Since my house is a packing mess at the moment, I asked if there was any other way or to just forget it. They texted me a half hour later and confirmed they had someone going to the Brooklyn location just for me! The location is small but has everything you need to make you feel relaxed during your drip. My nurse (Varda) was fantastic. She took the time to go over what I wanted in my drip and explained each thing she put into my line. She found a vein quickly and there was no pain whatsoever when the needle went in. Someone else also came in for a last minute appointment and she had the same calming demeanor with him. Yes, the cost is pricey (I had Zofran and B12 added to my drip) and each add-on is about $35 extra but the great care you receive and how much better you will feel makes it all worth it. You also get $5 off if you make an Instagram post for them while receiving your treatment. Next time I might suck it up and try the concierge service but this was exactly what I needed to feel better before my big trip. read more

I was feeling sick last week and my friend recommended the company IVDRIPS to me- I called them and within a few hours I had a nurse at my house for an immunity drip. The staff are understanding and efficient and the nurse was so knowledgeable. They also prescribed me antibiotics and I was able to get it from the pharmacy without leaving my house! We made an appointment for them to come to our home for my husband who hasn't been feeling well. He made sure he was home, waiting and ready for them to arrive. They charged his card. And they never showed up. He started calling, and then I started calling, and we finally were answered by a woman who apologized and said she would get back to me within 30-45 minutes to "try" to find someone. This was about two hours AFTER they were supposed to arrive. It's now two days after the initial appointment, we've already gone to another company, haven't heard from IVDRIPS and are about to file for a charge back on our card. Was in excruciating pain with a terrible migraine. Didn't want to go to Er. I called for a nurse at IV Drips. I was informed that no nurse was available until hours later. I explained i was in terrible pain n if they can accommodate me asap . Few hours later i had a nurse at my residence . It was instant relief with a migraine iv infusion. Nurse Khan was very caring, diligent with his knowledge of trying to find my vein . He expressed professionalism and took care of me at one of my trying times with these awful migraines. My boyfriend caught a nasty cold and was absolutely fatigued and feeling awful. He mentioned an IV would be wonderful to help hydrate and I actually told him I heard of IV Drips on Instagram with positive reviews. Today he decided to give it a shot, never having been administered any vitamins intravenously. Bracha came to our home and was wonderful. She was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and instantly put us at ease.
