She asked me several times about it. If you're working checking in clients wouldn't you have that information on your computer screen, asking multiple times is dumb. I reserved my services for one specific IV service and was constantly pushed for more services. I just came for what I want, telling me I need this and that is really obnoxious and overwhelming. The "nurse" that placed the IV had NO GLOVES on‼ She also removed the IV with no gloves‼. Lastly since I didn't buy into their upselling so the "doctor" was complaining out loud in another area of the place about it and also their friendliness didn't extend to my leaving. Overall I wouldn't go again. They push to upsell so hard and they are not sanitary enough to wear gloves.

I waited patiently for over an hour and a half, willingly to wait since I didn't have an app. Once the hour and a half passed, I got in line to ask if they would be able to see me since they close at 2pm. Maddy once again had a very passive aggressive attitude about how she made an announcement about appointments only but she never said she didn't have any openings for the day. So she told they wouldn't be able to see me for an IV today. WHAT?! I wasted my time waiting patiently for nothing?! And as soon as I mentioned where I could make a complaint, her attitude changed and even offered a discount. Like what?! Maddy, note to you, get better at multitasking and act less fragile, you should be customer service driven. I heard customers mumbling comments too on how unorganized this place is.

I saw results, and a week later, i messaged them and they decide to retract that offer and told me terra is now only offering $600 for 1 month + 1 wk free. Ok. But whats the point of offering me 700 for 2 mo when youre not going to follow through? Although thay made me uncomfortable, i let it go. Today, i reached out to ask for quote on service for shurink, specifically 400shots. I also asked for price on botox. They avoided answering prices and was vague and said terra is offering 1x shurink for $500. Because of the experience i had last time, my instinct told me to lock in and schedule that offer and price for when i return next month from my trip. And i was right because when i tried to lock it in, hana told me "ok. But ill let you know in march" There was some back and forth and suddenly, they said they have availability march 27 for the services. So why would you let me know in march?? To change the offer again? How come as a business the cant give me clear and direct answers?
