The atmosphere is very enjoyable. When I arrived, the front staff were very nice and accommodating. They were able to get me the introductory pricing. There were many different type of packages depending on what type of service and skin type I had. I wasn't sure which one to receive so the beautician chose the type of facial for me. I requested a service that will take dead skin off of my face because I explained that they're often is a lot of dry skin that is on my face. She chose a service that helped with reducing redness and irritation of the skin. The positive: the front staff is kind. The products they use feel luxurious and smells nice. The location is clean and welcoming. There are many types of services to choose from. My service was relaxing and the products did not irritate my skin which is a plus. However, there were a few downsides to the service. First, the beautician did not speak English and had a hard time communicating. At some point, I felt she got frustrated and did not speak much afterwards. It was really awkward after that. Second, I wanted my face to feel clean but after my service, my face still felt like it was not clean and I was able to rub dead skin off still... the facial did not do much for my skin at all. Third, pricing is a bit steep and although the product is nice, I feel like the service was not worth the price itself. I do appreciate that he took the time to listen, and the conversation itself was positive. Shortly after, my prescription was finally processed, and I received it on 5/1/26. It was also refilled for future use, which I'm thankful for. However, it took nearly two months to straighten everything out before I was finally able to receive my prescription. However, the overall experience still leaves me genuinely concerned. It took me being unusually persistent and more forceful than I'm comfortable with just to get a response from the office, pharmacy, and insurance. That shouldn't be necessary for a patient trying to manage their healthcare. More importantly, this situation caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety and has negatively impacted my health. I already deal with high blood pressure, and this experience elevated it further, which is both troubling and unacceptable when seeking medical care. At this time, I'm giving a 3-star rating in recognition of the effort Dr. Tomasian made to personally address the situation. I may update this after future visits. I sincerely hope his office improves how they handle patient communication and follow-through so that no other patient has to go through a similar experience.

We briefly went over the first time customer questionnaire and service offerings~I ended up getting the deep cleansing facial for $100 but was ok adding on an aqua facial for $10 (she felt I didn't need it so talked me out of it). Her pricing was decent~no frills at all and she seems honest~not the type that upsells you. Facial started with some salicylic acid application and exfoliation stuff...facial massages...extractions which she does purely by hand (I was super impressed with how good she was) and some other random stuff. Had some random talks with her during the facial and discovered we both like food and we're similar in age...so it was another plus. I must've dozed off at some point bc when it ended I was NOT READY to leave that cozy bedding......at the very end, I got a cup of hot quince tea which tied everything nicely together. Overall a very soothing session. I'll def be going back~I'm just still stuck on my current facial lady but whenever shes busy or if she suddenly retires, Chloe will be my go to.
