I couldn't have asked for a more helpful service right now. To be able to stay in the comfort of wherever you are, when you absolutely do not want go anywhere is huge. I didn't have a hangover. I needed help rehydrating to stop vomiting and feeling nauseated. Plus a headache from not sleeping. Stress can really put all of us through the wringer. Going to the ER amplifies it. I've been using Reset IV for the past few years. This review would be 5 stars but it's recently become clear that they don't care about their clients, especially loyal ones. The nurse we always use, Bryant, is amazing but the company is focused on profit over client experience. Specifically, they recently switched their catheter supply to a product that's used for drawing blood instead of providing IV fluids. This results in a much more painful IV experience and larger skin puncture, bruising and bleeding. When I called to ask the company what was going on and give feedback about the change I was met with "our supplier only has this type in stock and the others are back ordered." For the prices they charge, they absolutely could find another way to source the right equipment but are choosing not to in order to save money on supplies. I told them I won't use them again until they fix this. They also didn't seem to care about that. Spoke to a "manager" named Liz. She seems unqualified and uninterested in running a medical service. read more

I just called for Stomach Bug treatment, and am so happy and pleased with this service. I couldn't hold down liquids which made my symptoms worse and worse as I became more and more dehydrated. A nice nurse named Janelle came to my bedside, where I could barely open my eyes, and perked me up like a wilted flower. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the service I received yesterday. I had just returned from traveling and was feeling absolutely miserable with a high fever and flu symptoms. I called super early (around 6:30am) with some questions and spoke with a super kind women who helped me set up my appointment. Less than 2 hours after reaching out nurse Brian was at my door. After discussing my medical background and the appropriate plan of care with the NP he got started on my IV. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and made the entire process smooth and painless. Needless to say I am feeling SO much better today. The cold/flu IV I received helped to reduce and then completely eliminate my fever. Service was so quick he got to my house in 20 mins and was very professional. I had a horrible hangover that had me bed ridden. I was suffering from nausea, dehydration, and chronic pain with the classic shakes of a hangover. I would recommend and would definitely do it again do.
