I'm still very happy with their services and value for money. Debbie (older Korean manager/owner/consultant/saleswoman), Kim (aesthetician), and Christina (front desk) are great. I've gotten the most satisfactory experiences/outcomes when I had done research in advance and had an idea what I wanted walking in. Debbie can help refine from there but if you don't know what you want you'll be overwhelmed because 1. they have so many machines, 2. Debbie will try to upsell you on combining many different things and her recommendations are good but i.e. if you'd bought only the treatment you came in for and one of her recommended complementary treatments, you'd get 90% of the result vs if you got everything and spent exponentially more. Hope that makes sense. But again, I recommend them and shiny laser continues to be my go-to for non-surgical cosmetic. read more

Had a great Fontana face tightening session with Samantha! She explained the procedure beautifully & it felt like a warm relaxing bath for my face! Can't wait to see my results! Absolutely loved my experience at OSP! Top to bottom amazing experience, from the warm reception I received from Maricela to the excellent work by Nurse Lisa. I've never had any sort of aesthetic treatment done before and I could not be more pleased with the excellent service and quality work provided by OSP. Nurse Lisa has done all three of my treatments and I will continue to see her for anything else I need. Originally I visited OSP (after finding @realnurselisa on instagram) for DiamondGlow facials due to some breakouts and was very pleased with what it did for my skin. I saw the literature in the office for Botox, and asked if it was something that that would yield good results for the wrinkles on my forehead and between my eyes. I was so impressed with how knowledgeable Nurse Lisa was and how willing she was to educate me ( a complete new comer to aesthetics) on what exactly Jeuveau was and the benefits I would see from that versus Botox. At no point did I feel like anyone in the office was just trying to make a sale or push a product, I respect how genuine, welcoming and knowledgeable everyone at OSP is. I went to the secret place a couple weeks ago and purchased the 4D fotona eye bag lift. I asked the nurse to focus on the under eyes, she didn't. I wouldn't purchase again. My under eye look Exactly the same. There is no difference in my under-eyes. Waste of money. I called the spa to ask questions about it recently. But, now they ignore my text. Won't be going back. I have gone in for two lip flips and loved the outcome! It is down the street from my work so I went in for a quick syringe during lunch. Esther got me out quick enough to make it back before my lunch was over. The office is very clean and has warm tea and water to offer customers. Esther has helped me out both times that I have gone in. she is very friendly and honest and will give you her opinion if you ask. OSP is such a pleasant and positive place, I highly recommend! The staff is all very kind and upfront about their treatments, pricing, and do their best to work with you to make sure that you're happy and taken care of. I especially recommend Dr. Lisa! I recently had a Fotona facial laser resurfacing treatment and it has done such wonders for my skin. I've suffered with acne, rosacea, and other texture issues on my skin all my life; am a skincare addict, and do everything dermatologists tell me to, but I still have these issues and especially the scarring from them. The laser resurfacing treatment helped heal my skin so much, and in such a short time even after only 1 session that I highly recommend it. I got a microdermabrasion with Paula a few weeks ago and it left my face looking and feeling great. I originally had scheduled a hydra facial and unfortunately the machine was down, but i was upgraded to a microdermabrasion at no extra fee. The overall facial was relaxing and a great experience. Paula was very nice and informative with everything regarding this facial. The next few days i could not wear makeup and my face was a bit red, but that is normal. It is now a few weeks later and my face is so soft and clear! i definitely recommend going to Paula for your facial needs. read more

If you ever wanted a day spa to go to in the San Gabriel Valley, Our Secret Place is definitely it! As soon as I walked in, I started feeling relaxed. The staff greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel special. Other places I've been to say "please have a seat and we'll be right with you" and 20 minutes later I'm still waiting! Not at Our Secret Place! The receptionist confirmed my appointment and accompanied me to my spa room. She gave me a nice robe and a glass of water. Two minutes later my esthetician came in and offered me my options for my face that I asked for. I really appreciated the information because I ended up choosing the HydraFacial instead!
