The one on one care on site and accessibility was genuine and helped me understand my recovery and previous setbacks. I am amazed more PT clinics don't operate this way- I think there would be a lot less of us in PT then. Booking: First appointment made over phone and subsequent ones made on site and they accept most insurance. Parking: Ample parking in lot. The Keep You In Pain "Institute"!…read more Dana called me after my terrible first appointment for feedback. The doctor took that feedback personally, and was standoff-ish with me during my next appointment where they asked me to come back. Shannon and the staff there are nice but they don't listen to you and certainly don't care about helping you. Avoid this place at all costs. They call themselves an "institute" but there's no thinking outside of the box. There's no learning here or an openness to do so. Nor is there any adaptation to patients' needs. In particular, younger patients. They mostly seem to "treat" elderly people. They're therapy is mostly the therapists watching you do exercises you could probably do at home. The small bit of hands-on stuff they did wasn't helpful. They will rope you in with false promises then suggest expensive out of pocket treatments like PRPs. They also like to call you incessantly if you don't answer right away instead of just leaving a brief message. If I didn't answer the first 3 times why keep calling and not simply leave a message?! In the end, I wasted a lot of time and money bothering with this place and suggest you not do the same. If you have rare or persistent chronic pain issues you're better off avoiding this place. I'd write more but Yelp doesn't allow you to type that much for reviews.

One thing I cant stand coming to Dr offices is being scheduled to see your Dr at noon and then not seeing her until 12:45. This was not the case. The staff here is warm and friendly (and they all wear cool watches). I met with Dr Russo who was very professional and personable. I felt she took her time with me and didnt rush the evaluation. The nice thing about this place too is they can perform X-rays, P/T, and are able to write prescriptions too. I recently went for P/T and they made me go outside to get these services, i.e. Rx, X-rays, etc. If this area is a great locale for you to get P/T, then I highly recommend them.
