Safe to say if you have an expensive device, do not and I repeat DO NOT take it to these guys. I have a $3,000 laptop that I came in to have reset. As soon as I got it back it had a new fan noise. I told the owner about it, and he claimed it was "compressed air", turns out the fan was broken. I requested a full refund because of this issue but I was not given one. Thank God I have warranty. read more

Very fast and courteous service. Really appreciated the good work they did for me. They saved me hundreds of dollars by fixing my phone instead of my having to buy a new one. Everyone I dealt with there was dedicated to good service. And they were very fast in getting the job done. They would be my first choice if I ever needed my phone fixed. They were probably not the cheapest repair shop, but I didn't mind paying for the good work and courteous service. read more

iValue is a mobile device repair shop located in the heart of Terre Haute. We can repair almost any device you bring in. Most times we can do work the same day. Please call or message us for a quote and appointment! How iValue Batteries and Glass started Hi, my name is Daniel Bryan. I have always loved taking apart my devices and seeing how they work. I love that you can replace a small part in a several hundred dollar phone and get it working again. I hate how often repairs are priced so high that we are almost forced to replace rather than repair. So, through trial and error and training I've learned the ins and outs of my devices. I've made mistakes but each time I time I've learned so much more. I love having the opportunity solve problems for people on the devices we all love. I had been told that it would take a week at most for it to arrive, but alright, no big deal. Later, when I pick up my laptop, it turns out that during the repair process the NEW screen had somehow gotten cracked (a minor crack, but noticeable) due to an employee error. This was freely admitted. Fortunately, they were willing to replace the brand new screen free of charge, I just had to wait another week. Well, it has now been 2 months, and I have not heard back from this place. Overall, I am pretty disappointed, although my initial problem was indeed fixed.

Another time I went to get a pair of Beats Solo3's fixed (over ear headphones) and they warned me before hand that there's a chance that the process would cause them to no longer work after the repair. But they said if that happens, they'll replace them with an equally used pair at no extra cost. Sadly, they didn't work after the repair, and just a few days later they called back and said that the new pair came in and I could go pick it up. The new, used pair they gave me looked great, it was in almost perfect condition. That was at least two years ago and the headphone still work perfectly. Overall, iMechanic is an amazing place, and they repair almost all electronics if I remember correctly. Not just iPhones.
