We also learned that all their furniture can be customized to the exact measurement we wanted and that is always a plus! The quality, price, and customer service is hands down the best! Delivery was also very affordable for only $105 from their Mckinney store all the way to The Colony. Ted and Drake delivered my couch and they were so nice and gave me alot of recommendations to keep it from sliding and even told me where to buy the fabric spray when I opted out of the fabric spray option. I believe they went above and beyond to provide customers with a amazing expeircne and will recommend them to all my friends and family!

We've bought from Ashley, from Havertys from Macy's, and we've bought from a couple of high-end hand made furniture stores in the past 22 years. But we've NEVER found anything that holds up like our Amish furniture. About 11 years ago we decided to splurge and bought a dining room set with eight chairs, coffee table, end tables and a full bedroom set. We have two rowdy boys who love to play around. 11 years later everything still looks almost brand new!! In addition the customer service from the family owned store in Frisco is just amazing...they were very kind and patient with our i decisiveness, and very much willing to work with us on customized pieces- they gave us a good discount for buying multiple rooms and in the end, i know we have paid less bc we did not have to replace furniture every 5-10 years.

The furniture is beautiful and was a significant investment, but the purchasing experience has been extremely frustrating. After nearly a year and a half of delays and repeated quality‑control issues, I cannot recommend them. * In July 2025, we were told the table was ready but the chairs were delayed. Amish requested final payment so delivery could be scheduled. * Delivery was then postponed because the truck carrying the chairs malfunctioned and the shipment was sent back for inspection. * In September 2025, the furniture arrived, but the table was unfinished on one end and had to be taken back for refinishing. * In October 2025, the table returned with scratches and damaged leaf ends. Amish informed us that a new table would need to be built and left the damaged one with us for Thanksgiving. * In January 2026, we were told the replacement table had been placed at the back of the production queue, adding another six‑month wait. * In May 2026, the new table arrived with chips and scratches. The delivery personnel did not bring it into the house because they saw the damage and contacted Amish, who then sent it to a refinisher. * In June 2026, we were told it missed the truck and would be delayed another month. * As of July 29, 2026, they are again attempting delivery. Would I shop there again? No.

I thought the tables they offered were of inferior wood and quality for high prices. Guess they have to pay for those showrooms somehow. Ken has a genuine passion for wood and furniture making. We also found him to be very honest and responsive. All of these traits were very important as we live hundreds of miles from Ken and we did not see his work first hand until our table arrived at our home. We ordered a solid walnut trestle table. Ken chose gorgeous pieces of wood and then tied them together in a way that balances out color variations and showcases the wood's inherent beauty. True artistry. There are pictures of our table on his website but they do not accurately capture the table's true beauty. Finally, the table is heavy - a quality piece that we will hand down to our kids. Found them after looking for sectionals on Facebook market. Figured I would try a smaller owned…read morebusiness, boy do I regret that. They let me know they buy all of their furniture from the Ashley furniture wholesaler so u thought great it'll be pretty good quality. We picked out a sectional we liked and they said they'd give us a deal if we wanted to get dressers from them too. We wanted black dressers and found some in the magazine they had that we liked. Paid $1650 after tax and delivery fees for a sectional and 2 dressers. I left happy to support a small business and looking forward to my new furniture which u chose to get delivered 3 days later. Upon delivery they dropped off all the furniture in the boxes and wrapped up in the living room and just left. The couch pieces were sitting up on end leaving me to take it out of all the packaging and set it up. Okay no biggie. Couch comes out good other then it missing the hardware to put the legs on. Dressers, not so great. They were the complete wrong size from what was in the magazine. Over a foot shorter in height in the one dresser and a foot shorter in length on the other. I call them up and let them know there just be something wrong and they ask me to bring both dressers back to the store before 5pm so they can call the supplier. I live 35 min from the store and both dressers don't fit in one car. So 4 days later in a Saturday when I can get there on time we drive two cars 35 min to bring back these dressers. After we paid $50 for delivery in order to avoid this. We get to the store and they offer us a comparable in size dresser set for an additional $100. I stated I will not be paying more considering I had to move the furniture back here myself and because we had paid for dressers of that size to begin with. After numerous disagreements and constantly getting talked over by the employee Sam. They agreed to waive the $100 but said it would be 7-10 days until delivery but they'd call us Monday to let us know a specific date. Monday comes and no call. I call Thursday and they claim it'll be ready early the following week. I call Monday the following week and they said about her 3-5 days. I call three days later and they say tomorrow morning (Thursday). I call Thursday afternoon and they say it won't be until that night. Finally I get a call from the movers and they end up being an hour later then they told me on the phone. This time I specifically ask then to unwrap everything so we can make sure it is correct. Upon unwrapping we find the leg is chipped, the drawers on the one dresser are work around the edges with the pain coming off and the other dresser the top drawer is crooked and the bottom won't close without lifting up the one above it. The movers did the best they could to make adjustments but overall couldn't fix much. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
