Today, I have completed another frictionless purchase. This time for a new refrigerator. I shopped online and determined that Fisher & Paykel would be the best refrigerator for me. I found a model that worked for my home for $2,400 on other retailers. Made Appliance Outlet had it listed for just $1,700. I purchased the refrigerator on Friday and had it delivered today (Monday) in my downtown condo. The delivery cost $150 and was well worth it. Forget what your friends say about the supply chain problems and that you can't get new appliances today. The selection is huge and the appliance you select is the exact one that you will get delivered today. Tony and David are both very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Expect to save about 20% - 25% off retail. Installation is about 1/3 less and they have all the parts you will need for the installation. Don't do the install yourself. Get them to do it. If you really want to save some money they have some items with scratches and scraps on parts you will never see. So happy I found this store! My refrigerator died and I needed to replace it quick. Trying to find some thing at the big stores and have it delivered was proving difficult. Not to mention that the things they have online are usually not in the store. Then I found Made. They had just what I was looking for and the staff was so helpful. I bought the refrigerator, they changed out the door for me so that it would open the opposite way, they delivered the refrigerator and hooked up the icemaker and removed my old refrigerator. We were blown away when we seen the amount of appliances that they had in stock. I think that this is a business, and it was confirmed by the owner that buys the display models out of all the stores, but their selection was good, and the prices were top-notch our GE refrigerator was a older model. I think maybe two years old, but came with the full warranty, and GE is fully backed it, the service was friendly they helped us load our appliances overall a great experience, and I would highly recommend that you can trust and rely on make up lines. We traveled all the way from West Texas to get appliances during Covid. They did not disappoint. read more

My husband and I spent $100k completely remodeling our kitchen a few months ago. We were looking for ways to cut costs and I found Made appliances. Tony and his brother are the owners and the are very nice and helpful. We ended up going with all BRAND NEW, mind you, at around half the cost: a Thermadore gas range and oven, a Jenn Aire combo microwave and oven, a Jenn Aire wine fridge and the Thermadore Sapphire Glow dishwasher. We put a deposit down until we were ready for them and Tony happily stored them for us for a few months. Upon installation, we realized the amps on the Thermador oven and Jenn Aire Dual ovens were greater than what we currently had. So, for the Thermador oven, Tony exchanged it for one that was similar and that would work. A word of caution, CHECK the amps of new appliances if you're doing a remodel. Ha! Most of these new appliances have wifi and require greater amps. For the Jenn Aire, we were able to drop a new line with the correct amps to make it work. All of the appliances were brand new and they work beautifully after seven months of using them and no problems. You could not find nicer guys to work with. Tony will text you if you have questions or he is available by phone. He has A LOT of appliances and it was a pleasure working with him. I highly recommend Made Appliances. I was not sure initially if this was the direction we should go but Tony assured me he could store, deliver, install and that he'd stand behind his products. Which he did 100%. Also, he ships out of state as well, just FYI. I did not know Tony before our remodel and no money was received in exchange for writing this review. I seldom write reviews but I want people to know who are looking to save $$$, this is a great place to go. Anyone looking for a new major appliance has likely faced the same frustrations we did. "Out of stock" and long delivery dates. Even orders cancelled after long waits. We didn't know what to do to find a replacement for our 24" Double Electric Oven which stopped working, when I found Tony and Made Appliance Outlet. His reviews were all excellent. I called Tony on Saturday morning and he told me he had 2 24" Double Ovens in stock. We went to the store and found the perfect Whirlpool Oven. Much to our surprise he even arranged to have it delivered, installed and our old oven hauled away ON THE SAME DAY! So we went from a broken oven to a new Whirlpool oven within about 4 hours. I can't recommend Tony and Made enough. Very polite, professional and great prices. We will be buying all of our future appliances from them! read more

If you are looking for a deal on a high-end brand appliance, Made Appliance Outlet is the place for you! Our 30 y/o built-in SubZero died...I had no idea a refrigerator could start at $10,000 until ours went out and we started shopping for a SubZero replacement!!! Ended up selecting a Bosch and saved about 1/3 by buying "last year's model." They get a lot of their inventory from retailers when they are overstocks (the model changed before they sold all of their inventory), but also floor models, scratch and dent,... In my professional life, when requesting a reference I always ask for one where "things did not go as planned." I feel like you can tell the true character of a company in how they handle "issues." We encountered a few "issues" (nothing big), and they resolved them all with a smile on their face. They had resolutions and executed them quickly. Never once did I feel like Tony or his guys were not going to take care of us. In addition, every single one of them was courteous, prompt, and professional...something you do not see a lot of these days. That being said, this is an outlet. You are going to save money. You will be treated well, but the store is not plush and the warehouse (not the store) has no A/C (yes, they took me there to see a model that they thought was "the one" for me...and they were RIGHT!). They delivered the same day, in traffic! The next time we have an appliance "die," we will definitely head straight to Made Appliance! read more

We bought a Thermador vent, fridge and range from Made. It was a great deal and they delivered ! The vent was an open box and we did not receive the correct blower for it.
