Walking in, this place is full of all different kinds of men's formal apparel. I saw a bunch of "loud" color and style suits and really wanted to buy one of those too! Out of my price range at the time though and not why I was there! I got measured pretty quick, given some rough estimate sizes to put on and they were pretty spot on. Just needed to get the pants tailored up a bit and my jacket sleeves brought up a touch. Conveniently next door, there's a tailor and a dry cleaner. All seem to work together to take care of their customers so whatever you buy here, you're in good hands in this strip of businesses!

My initial hesitation buying a suit from a place with the word depot in its name was completely unfounded. They have a huge selection of suits and honestly without assistance we would have been overwhelmed. The store always very busy but the staff did a great job of balancing giving us attention and giving us space. They helped him choose a beautiful Italian wool navy suit that he could wear to the weddings and a dark green suit (I never would have thought he could pull of that color) for the less formal events. The price was very reasonable and the quality way better than the suits my husband had in the past. Definitely worth the drive from Troy. We will definitely be back.

I was never contacted when issues arose, even though it was clear the seamstress was having difficulty. A simple phone call could have prevented this. Because the skirt was ruined, I had to replace it out of pocket. Despite this, the shop only offered 50% off the alteration work. I did not receive a refund for the damaged garment or the service. I explained that ethically, when a customer's item is ruined during service, the business should replace the item and refund the work. That did not happen. Very disappointing experience.

Both times I had great service. During a recent ski trip, my snow pants zipper broke. I was unsure if this was something Abe could fix so I called and he told me to come in. I came in. There are so many brands of outstanding fashion designers for men there and the selection was endless. Everything was very reasonably priced. The colors and patterns were not typical of navy, black, and tan. They jumped right off the clothes. There were bright, vivacious colors that you don't see at Brooks Brothers or Bacharach. The only thing more impressive than the selection and quality of the clothing was the service I received. OMG, Wendy not only knew all the brands, how they fit, and what sizes were available, but it was like she could read my mind about what went well together and what would be comfortable for me. It was like she knew my measurements by just looking at me. The only issue I had was that I didn't allow myself enough time. I purchased some shoes; I was not walking out empty-handed, but I definitely will be coming back again, and again, and again. The thing I really enjoyed and appreciated was Wendy's attitude. She was dressed to the 9's, very professional, she knew the products in and out, she was informative and not salesy or pushy. I felt very comfortable and trusted her advice. Apparently, they are related although this one is not for retail but you can register for membership. We did that and then my son and I did some shopping for him with the helpful of a salesperson. My son had just graduated and needed suits for his new job. We purchased two suits which had to be specially tailored for his weightlifting body (narrow waist, thicker thighs). There is a tailor on the lower level who can special tailoring for purchases made here. We ended up with two suits, shirts, ties, belt, shoes, and socks for much less than $2,000. I was very pleased and my son was very happy. When we came back to try out the tailoring, my son said it was the first pair of dress pants that actually felt comfortable for him and fit perfectly.

That said, when I found out they really didn't have a good option for fixing this other than have me take it to a tailor to fix, I asked for a refund which they happily provided! I would definitely use the for rental we're again though!
