The worst cleaning ever. I needed a cleaning on a condo that I just purchased . I wanted thorough cleaning thru out. Not only did this cleaning service text us minutes before they were to arrive telling us they would not be coming, without so much as an apology, not only did they not send the correct number of people as per the agreement, they didn't even offer us a discount for referring our neighbor who used them just days after we did. But I'm not going to continue using your company, while I feel your girls did a wonderful job of cleaning my house, I am disappointed with a few things. First off when you cancelled on me last minute, I didn't complain and was flexible. Secondly, I recommended you to a neighbor who used your company. Thirdly when promised 2 girls and only one came, i did not complain. I have not received any type of discount or compensation/ benefit for any of these circumstances. Instead | am going to be charged extra for pushing my date 2 weeks later. It doesn't seem like good costumer service policy for me trying to be flexible and recommending you while I get nothing in return for that." I used this service for my sister as a gift, and she loved it! The price was very affordable, so I added extra 1 hr, but it was still cheaper than basic cleaning service for the other places. I didn't see how it has done, but my sister sent me a video. It looked more like a deep cleaning. Whole kitchen looked so shiny like an open house. Photos may be little blurry since they are snapshots of a video clip. My sister was going through a mild depression as she was raising her baby. I'm so happy to see her feeling much better. We had to have our wooden floors redone bc our next door neighbor flooded his apartment and the water came in under our floors and there went my floors. I was so stressed as I was 27 weeks pregnant and I knew flooring would leave a huge mess from the sanding. But Iva was amazing!! From the start, she was responsive and extremely professional. She and one of her workers came and cleaned our entire apartment which was a huge mess. They were so detailed. Dust was removed from walls, light fixtures, cabinets, closets - they even wiped down our dishes and ran the dishwasher and then some. Plus our shades, curtains and windows were also wiped down as the construction left it so dirty. Iva is passionate of her work and her goal is to satisfy her customers. They even bring their own supplies which is great as all our stuff was stored away for the construction. Her price was also affordable. Very efficient and effective. We used Iva's Cleaning after being referred by our friends to have our house cleaned after it was painted. There was dust and our moving boxes everywhere. Place looked great afterwards. Iva came at the beginning and end of the cleaning session to make sure we got our house clean the way we wanted; even suggested dusting stuff like the vents (which I didn't think of) to get everything cleaned well. In October, 2019, I wrote a glowing review for this cleaning service because Ava asked me to. The reason being, she had gotton some bad reviews and wanted to counteract them. As can be seen, I did so. This turned out to be a mistake on my part. Shortly after that, her cleaner mopped my floor and put a white rug down over the wet floor turning the rug dark. Ava was/is aware of my poor eyesight so all seemed to go well. After recent surgery, I was shocked to see the damage caused by her cleaner. Awful scratches on my black furniture because instead of lifting a lamp, the cleaner slid it causing this damage. The sofa is bald in many places because she used her vacuum ( I repeatedly requested she use mine because I didn't want anthing in my home that was being used elsewhere). on my sofa and I had an upholstry attachment. You don't use a floor attachment on expensive furniture. When I pointed these things out, without telling me she brought a different cleaner. This one smashed her vacuum into my sofa so hard, that I now have one square corner and one round corner. She takes no responsibility for any of this. She was not consistant with the day & time either. Kept changing my appointment when she got a new client. Additionally, she uses a Fort Lee address which is not true. The business is in Wallington, NJ. Her prices are high and the work ($35.00 per hour) was less than mediocre. I could go on but, hopefully I have gotten my experience across enough to warn others. Ava told me I should sue her. So....I suppose I have no choice. read more

Recently just had my house cleaned by iva cleaning services. So it started out great with the cleaning but had a few issues with the service . Found that they dont really put to much into the cleaning . They move things to get under it when im not making them move like hard furniture like tv stand , table or couch . Would wanted them to get under like play mat for my daughter or under the dishes , sliverware holder and my daughter bottles organizer. So they only cleaned around it . Next they didnt make the bed like my wife does and i understand everyone is different but they didnt really care how they left it . So it was half done . Third is when she was close to being done someone came at end to help her finished so the last step was fo vacuum. She finished a whole apart in seconds so thats a another strike. First of all, I must say that the cleaning lady, Kinga is a hardworking person and she's trying her best. However, owner does not appreciate your business nor she cares about your satisfaction. First time she came for an estimate she asks my nationality and tells me she won't make me happy!!! This was a very bad first impression but I ignored it. Last time they showed up they were late. She said one employee felt sick. That's totally understandable. However, just because they do not want to be late for the next home, she rushed and did a very slacking job. Because the owner calls Kinga to see if she's done so she can pick her up. She did not dust a big bookcase, a dresser upstairs, did not mop the entire floors (See pictures) and a few other things I'm not mentioning. I contacted the owner first but she did not seem to care when I expected just a " don't worry, we will make it up next time".
