It stands out as you don't see a lot of good customer service anymore, but at the U Health, especially at the Farmington location, but also up at the U of U hospital in SLC, it is apparent that there is a focus on taking care of the customers. Dr. Jensen is very good, she's attentive, provides encouragement and genuinely seems excited with positive results. She is warm friendly and the utmost professional. I really appreciate that Dr. Jensen and the U seem to value my time, I rarely have to wait when I have an appointment. I am seen on time and without much delay. Some Doctors and offices treat you as if their time is more important than mine. I don't feel this way at the U. Well done.

I don't know anybody here that could give me a referral or recommendation. Holy Smokes did I hit the jackpot! Dr. Borchardt really knows his medicine! But not only was I impressed with his knowledge, but he talks to you on your level. And he LISTENS to his patients! I went to Mountain Point Hospital for the only way I could describe as a heart flutter or skipping, shortness of breath and a little light headed at times. He asked me questions that no other Doctor had ever bothered asking me. He listened well and took notes. Without going into all the specifics, Dr. Borchardt ran a plethora of thorough tests including a Stress-Echo. After I mentioned to him that I had been observed as having Sleep Apnea, it was like a puzzle coming together for me even tho Dr. Borchardt had figured everything out.
