We have used Iverson's several times recently with very nice results. Once they gave me an estimate. When they called me to pick up the truck the actually price was almost $100 less. I took a different vehicle in and while he could have repaired the issue, Jody told me it should be warranty and to take it back to where it was repaired before. He saved me around $500 that could have gone into his pocket. As a female, they treat me with respect and never "talk down" to me. They have earned my business with my vehicles. read more

I was told by Serra Toyota when I was getting an oil change that I needed tires and brakes. So I called several places for pricing..Minor Tire, OK Tire, and Pep Boys. Iverson's quoted me the cheapest price, so I went there. I asked for tires, brake pads replaced, and new rotors. However, I told them I didn't know for sure if my back brakes needed to be serviced, since it's a front wheel drive car. They had to order my tires because of the size. So I go to drop my car off, and they only had 3 tires, but my last tire would be in later in the week. I went ahead and left my car for service. They called me about 4 hours later and I went to pick my car up. The man working there said they did my 3 tires, and would complete my 4th tire when it came in. He told me my front brakes were at 50% and my back brakes were at 90%. I was so thankful for these guys being honest and not replacing my brakes because it was not needed. They could have went ahead and completed all the brakes and made the money, and I wouldn't have been the wiser. I'm going back tomorrow for my 4th Tire. I would recommend to anyone! I spoke with Daniel on my original call, and he was very professional and nice. I didn't catch the guys name the day I had my car serviced, but he was nice as well. They also took car of my Mom's car a few years ago. Her window was stuck and would not roll up. The guy popped the panel off right there in the lot and fixed it free of charge. I can recall many years ago I was at work and my car had a flat tire..Jody came and picked it up, found me a tire and delivered it back to me..now thats the personal service you will get when using them!! Iverson's has been recommended to me for years because of the "friendly" service that people have gotten there. I've taken my cars there many times over the past 20 years and while the service I received has never been anything close to resembling "friendly", I chalked it up to the fact that mechanics have a hard thankless job and I wouldn't exactly be jovial after sweating over dirty engines all day either. I always felt that I was treated fairly and never sold anything that wasn't warranted. However, this past Friday, I dropped my car off and when I called 9 hours later to check on it, I was yelled at because my car dared to leak "2 quarts of oil all over the parking lot and into Moulton street and created a huge stain" (interestingly enough, there isn't a drop of oil in my driveway, so whatever happened to the car must've happened in the 1 mile trip to the mechanic). Then I was told that they wouldn't be able to look at it until Saturday and the gentleman I spoke with ended the call with "I SAID I would call you" and promptly hung up. Incidentally, as I drove by on my way to dinner half an hour later, I saw no evidence of said "huge stain" neither in the street nor the parking lot. When my husband stopped by near the end of the following work day, it was clear that the car had not been moved let alone examined and when he asked for a diagnosis, the answer was "Well, it ain't gonna be moving for a while". We had the vehicle towed to another mechanic on Monday morning and will be searching for a new place to take our vehicles for repairs/maintenance in the future. read more
