I look under hood and found that the battery terminals was bad. He screwed a small screw on the negative side and the positive side was so loose I could remove it by hand. Instead of him telling me they need replacing he just shade tree mechanic repair them. The car started doing what it was during before alternator was replaced. He cost me a battery and another alternator. Another shop said he didn't know what he was doing and that he should have tested battery and alternator because it could be several things causing this problem.
