The lifeguards at the diving boards did not ensure that yellow bands were on little kids' wrists. My nephew went over there and was obviously not 12. Nothing done. I took him away and put him where he belonged. I had three kids with me all different ages and heights. Lifeguards need to be lifeguards and not be checking out other teenagers and playing games amongst themselves. It was very obvious. Sad really. Won't be back.

We absolutely love it. The splash pad for the younger kids is really awesome with a waterslide that's perfect for youngsters! That waterslide is so much fun and these little ones have a blast! Theres one downstairs for younger children and one upstairs for older kids. They also have parents night out events that let you drop your kids off for pizza and movies. They have a great weight room area and equally great machine area, they have yoga rooms, stationary bike room, a rock climbing wall and much more. The recreational pool is heated, lap pool isn't and the kiddie pool isn't either but it's a great cold plunge in the winter. I usually hit that then the sauna before my workouts. They have a basketball court inside and pickle ball courts outside in the back which always has action on them. Theres so much more they offer but I still have not had the chance to try it all out. Their juice/ snack bar is amazing. The soups and wraps are fire!! I highly recommend this place, especially if you have kids. The staff is great and the place is clean. Because of that, I've heard many conversations about negative interactions with Alexa at the front desk/ around gym and after experiencing it myself, I now understand exactly what they were talking about. It was disappointing to see that's why I decided to write a review. It's not necessarily what is said it's how it's said. I had been communicating with the finance department by email/ over phone about adding my fiancé to my membership. When we arrived, I simply tried to explain that he was accompanying me so we could complete the process. Before I could even finish my sentence, Alexa interrupted me and spoke to me in a condescending and unfriendly manner. There was absolutely no reason for the attitude when I was simply trying to explain the situation. I've referred three friends, my mother joined because of my recommendation, and I was in the process of adding my fiancé. I genuinely enjoy this gym, which is exactly why this interaction was so frustrating. As a business owner myself, I understand how important customer service is. The front desk staff are the face of the business and set the tone for every member's experience. One employee can either strengthen a company's reputation or damage it. Alexa's behavior did not reflect the welcoming environment that members expect. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback and customer service training happends seriously because no member should be made to feel unwelcome, disrespected, or dismissed the moment they walk through the door.

Each tent also has its own little private outside setup with chairs & table on the porch plus lounge chairs and a personal fireplace right outside. Like literally every single tent had its own private fireplace right outside. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating and even offered extra towels and blankets whenever needed which we really appreciated. The pool and hot tub area were also extremely clean and well kept the entire time. One thing I was pleasantly surprised by was the bathroom situation. Since they're shared bathrooms I expected something more public or hostel style but each one is actually completely private with its own shower and bathroom which made the experience feel way more comfortable. And the location honestly could not be better. You're literally just a 3-4 blocks from downtown Guerneville so you can walk to all the restaurants, bars, thrift shops and little art galleries so easily. I really like the resort's concept and was looking forward to the glamping experience. Unfortunately, for what we paid--over $300 for one night--the experience fell well short of our expectations. I want to start by giving credit where it's due. The woman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. We were attending an event from 1-8 PM, and she graciously allowed us to check into our tent early, which we greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. When we returned to our tent after the event, we found several spiders inside and had to spend some time getting rid of them. My wife is definitely not a fan of spiders, so that wasn't exactly the relaxing end to our evening we were hoping for. The tents also provided very little privacy from the neighboring guests. We could clearly hear the couple next to us talking until around midnight. Then one of them started snoring so loudly that, at first, we honestly thought there was some kind of wild animal outside our tent. If you need to use the bathroom during the night, bring a flashlight. The walk to the bathroom is very dark, and you'll definitely want one. We finally got some sleep, only to be awakened around 6 AM by a barking dog and several roosters doing what roosters do. We were pretty exhausted at that point. We got dressed and decided to grab a cup of coffee from the main building, only to find that the employee responsible for opening the place and starting the coffee had apparently lost her key and was sitting outside waiting for someone to help her get in. We ended up having to drive to a nearby shop to get coffee and breakfast. When we returned to pack up, we discovered there was only one shower for men and one for women. The women's shower was occupied, so unfortunately only I was able to shower before we left. As we were leaving, we also walked past the dog that had been making all the noise, despite the property's no-dogs policy. I understand that this is a rustic/glamping-style resort, and we weren't expecting a traditional hotel experience. However, when you're paying over $300 for a single night, you expect the overall experience and amenities to justify that price. For us, there were simply too many issues during our one-night stay: spiders in the tent, very little sound privacy, excessive nighttime noise, barking and roosters at 6 AM, limited bathroom and shower facilities, and difficulty accessing the coffee in the morning. We left feeling exhausted rather than refreshed. The friendly front-desk service and the concept itself were positives, but unfortunately they weren't enough to overcome the rest of the experience. At over $300 for one night, we simply don't feel the experience provided good value, and we will not be returning.

Its not benefiting them in anyway and a lot of attention gets put on them leaving the rest standing(swimming) around alone. Implement a plan where someone can retake the first week of classes instead of allowing then to go on to week 2 when they're still struggling with week 1 assignments. Just be aware of this if you decide to sign up for any of their courses.
