She said things to me on our initial meeting & once I was in mediation 6 months later, she said exactly the opposite. In the settlement I received a rental house & my wife received the house we were living in. Catherine screwed up filing the paperwork with the county to remove my wife's name from the title on the rental house. When I discovered this (as I was trying to sell the house) she took no ownership of the issue, I spent dozens of hours trying to fix it & it is still not resolved. My realtor figured a way around it but she said she's never seen this happen before. That's saying something. I had just had back and neck fusion three weeks prior and for the first time in many years I was free of pain.​ in addition, this area of I45 has had a history of accident because of poor drainage. Sharon Fletcher Cantrell took our case and had her assistant, Ann Marie McGill, work with us as well. Everything seemed to be going well but they chose not to pursue DOT for partial liability which we understood. My wife and I are 70 and 71 years old and are both devout Christians and chose Simmons and Fletcher because of their claim to be a Christian firm.
