Not only did each of them disagree with your insane treatment plan, the last two I saw also suggested the implant can be saved. Once again, I want to reiterate: my interaction with you was distasteful. I found you to be pretty rude and thank god I can read people pretty well and sought other opinions. My oral health is too important to let people like you play around with. Oh by the way, the bridge you wanted to do across my k9 and root canal tooth on both sides of my current implant? Dr Ivey is great and connected with my son during the first visit and made him feel comfortable. The recovery went so smoothly (currently on day 10). He did not have to use one pain pill as he truly didn't have any pain at all from the procedure. After my I had cancer I had to have all my failing teeth removed, the plan was to get dental implants. Dr. Williams did a good job with the surgery and post care. On a follow up appt. I asked about the next steps. He told me a couple months of healing then we would schedule an OR. Due to my slow healing he would perform bone graphs and set posts at the same time rather than doing two separate surgeries. Two months later I schedule an appointment for what I thought would be preparing for the next steps. Instead he told me that he doesn't want to perform the surgery. I was devastated and began crying. He responded with a raised voice "Why are you crying?" I said "because you said you wouldn't leave me without teeth." He said "I never said that, you begged me to pull out your teeth which I didn't want to do." I repeated "you promised." He went on to say "I'm tired of these accusations, this is ridiculous." He stormed out of the office leaving me there, I was in shock and am left trying to figure out what to do on my own. Horrible bedside manner all over a few tears. read more

The scheduling of my procedure was easy, and an estimate was given for everything I needed well in advance. My post-procedure meds were sent to my pharmacy about a week in advance of my surgery so they would be available. I recently had 2 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Williams. I was extremely nervous about the procedure but Dr. Williams and Taylor helped me to relax and kept me calm throughout the entire procedure. If you need to get your wisdom teeth out and have awful anxiety about it, COME TO THIS OFFICE! You won't regret it! I got my wisdom teeth out earlier today & I have to rave about my experience already. I have avoided getting out my wisdom teeth because I absolutely HATE the dentist. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to these sort of things, but let me tell you. This office is one of the best, most caring medical offices I have ever been to. The front desk staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The scheduler was so helpful because I had a very tight schedule (I am a full time college student and work and I needed to get in on a specific day during my spring break) and she was able to get me in exactly when I wanted. Dr. Williams is the best doctor! He is incredibly nice and made me feel very comfortable. He eased my anxiety and assured me that things would be fine. The day before my surgery, they called in all of my prescriptions, so I would have them when the day arrived (which was super helpful!). When I came in today for the surgery, the nurse Melissa was so kind and friendly. She made me laugh and put on music that I liked. She really helped me stay calm, even though I was incredibly nervous. Again, I can't express how wonderful everyone in this office was. I don't remember anything about the surgery and when I was finished, they sent me home with a lot of instructions about post-care and a voucher for a free smoothie! It's been about 9 hours since I got the surgery and I am doing well so far. About 30 minutes ago, Dr. Williams called just to check on how I was doing and make sure that I'm feeling okay. He also sent me a text with a link to his Pinterest page which has lots of ideas for soft foods I can eat while I recover (so I don't have to suffer and just drink protein shakes for a week).
