I've been in a few times to see Hannah who was the hygienist, and I just found out this last week that she is no longer there. Hannah was so easy going, nice, and so knowledgeable. They are open later on Monday's and Thursdays which works great with my schedule, and they offer laughing gas or extra numbing if you are nervous about an upcoming procedure. The only issue I have is that near the time of an upcoming appointment they bombard you with reminder texts, and confirmation emails. Even after I reply that Yes, I am still coming, they send even more reminders. It's a bit crazy but I guess they really want to make sure you show up! In any case, I hope to be able to keep using them as my dentist while I live in Aurora.

Dr Wallace gives you a call the next day to make sure you're ok too, which is a nice little touch. The office and waiting areas are always clean and tidy, no clutter and very professional. I did have a shock after my first visit for fillings. I didn't realise how expensive they were. As it turns out, the new lady at the desk had forgotten to give me the estimate and I didn't think to ask for one. After I paid, I got the estimate for the rest of the fillings, and on my most recent visit, Dr Wallace was very apologetic. I should have received the estimate prior to any work being done. He gave me a discount and made sure I was 100% ok to continue. He was so sincere and I trust him so we're all good now.

To reiterate, I came here during COVID for a painful tooth, but the dentist focused on a different tooth, claiming I urgently needed a replacement crown for one that was only two years old. I felt pressured into the procedure, and the crown was poorly done in both fit and color. Another dentist has since told me it needs to be replaced, which says it all. I'm extremely frustrated by this entire experience, from being coerced into unnecessary work to the poor quality of care, and now being blindsided by a collections bill years later. I was quoted a price and told the rest was covered by insurance. I certainly don't recommend this underhanded clinic.
